Emily was incredibly understanding and stayed available in case the power came back on and we were able to leave. We had specifically asked her to remain available during that time, so we truly appreciated her honesty, flexibility, and understanding. Once we were able to leave for our vacation, Emily was wonderful with Tucker. You can often tell what someone is really like when nobody is around.
