About: I’ve taken care of pets since my early 20s. I began fostering dogs in my early 30s and even had some foster failures. I have always been that friend, neighbor, stranger that will stop and help and animal in need or just stop the world to say hi to a four legged love ! I have full open availability! I am a teacher and am home during the summer so I can meet most needs. I am also willing to travel to help a pup in need. I prefer to board at home and I have two small pups at home, Eli and Gidget. Eli is a 12 year old Havanese and Gidget is a 2 year old Brug. They are sweet and get along with all animals and people.

About: I’ll care for your pets as if they were my own. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walking and providing your pets with what they are used to and need. I’ll play, brush, communicate with them with a lot of love and care. I presently care for friends’ dogs and have taken care of cats as well. I’ve had an Irish Setter, Garman Sheppard and English Springer Spaniel. I had to move after my divorce and pets are not allowed where I live now. Taking care of pets Is how I interact with these precious beings now. I hope to be able to have my own pet again some day. My last dog was a Springer Spaniel named Luna. She was so loving, smart and active. She was a part of our family. When my son was born, she slept under his crib. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have and will follow your directions and preferences. Safety for your pet is also a priority of mine. I work during the week. I'm available for pet sitting on weekends. I can also pet/house sit. My work schedule can be flexible for that. I can work from your home and take care of your pets. I will pet them, play games with them, if the yard is fenced or has an electric fence, in I can play frisbee outside and other fun games for exercise. I will wash their bowls, feed them, keep the water fresh and give them medication if needed or instructed by the family.

About: I specialize in working with rescue dogs who have experienced neglect and abuse, and am trained in how to handle nervous, scared, and aggressive behavior! I spent the last four years working for a dog walking company in my hometown of Saratoga Springs, and loved every minute of it! I was trained to take care of all dogs, of any age. Dogs are my absolute favorite things on this planet, so I am very excited to have the opportunity again to hang out with them! I am a senior at Bard College, and I only have class Monday afternoons. About: We have been dog sitting for the last 5 years for our closest friends and family and now want to open our home to your dog. We recently relocated and have a completely fenced in yard and are located at the top of a quiet cul de sac. We aim to make your special pet our beloved fur baby for the time you need to be away. We have two children who are 15 and 12 and love all animals and want to give you complete peace of mind that your dog will be the king/queen of our castle while you are away! I work from home most days. When I do have to report to my office, I am never out for more than 2-3 hours and my office is only 5 minutes away. We ensure that your dogs will get plenty of run time in the back yard or great walks in our quiet neighborhood. We know how special your pups are to you and we love to provide doggy updates or even special face times with our pet owners. We have a completely fenced back yard and our grass is not treated with any chemicals or pesticides. Inside our home, we allow your dog to be as comfortable as possible and treat them like they are our family pet for the time they are with us. There are no other pets inside our home aside from a bearded dragon in an enclosed tank and we want to ensure you have access to your pet via text or face time while you are away!

I will regularly take the animals outside, give them treats, cuddle on the couch together (if they’re allowed on furniture) and feed them as needed, just as if you would if you were home to care for them I am happy to provide as much care and service to you and your pets as often as you need it, and whenever I am physically able to be there to care for them for you! For house sittings, I give the the houses with fenced in backyards both your pets and myself to stay outdoors with one another for a longer period of time in a safer environment to get to know one another, especially during first time visits. I love to lounge around the house and get to know your fur babies, especially during my first few times of interacting with them, just to establish care and trust during this time.
