Hi! We’re Matt and Katherine. After 17 wonderful years with our beloved mutt, Bella, we find ourselves as "dog empty nesters" with a lot of love (and a big back yard!) to share. We know how hard it is to leave your furry family members, so we make it our mission to spoil your pups just like our own. Whether it’s long games of fetch in our massive yard or cozy snuggles on the couch, your dog will be part of the family here.

Schedule
I work from home full-time, which means your dog will have constant companionship and a flexible routine. I take frequent breaks throughout the day for potty runs, backyard exploration, and focused playtime, ensuring they never feel lonely and get plenty of exercise and love.

Safety, trust & environment
Our two-acre property is unfenced, offering a wonderful sense of freedom. Depending on your dog's comfort level and recall reliability, we can enjoy off-leash play together, or I am happy to keep them on a long lead for safety. We share custody of our two elementary-aged children; they are very respectful of animals and love having "guest" pups around. We always ensure a supervised and secure environment for everyone.
A typical day
A typical day involves a mix of mental and physical stimulation. We'll spend plenty of time exploring our large yard, sniffing out new trails, and playing games. When we aren't outside, your dog will be right by my side while I work, with plenty of belly rubs and cozy nap spots. If they enjoy the company of children, they’ll get extra attention and play in the afternoons!
