My one dog is slow to warm up to new people and she just took her time and waited for him to come around, which he did.”

About: I've had dogs and cats since I was a kid. And I've taken care of friends animals. My dog passed a few years ago and I still have my cat of 13 years. Would love to take care of some other animals until I get another puppy. I was laid off a few months ago so I currently have a lot of time on my hands. Since I enjoy animals this would be the perfect fit for me even after I find a job full time. I would give your pets the same kind of love I give mine, which is a lot. Dog walks, cat walks, feeding, cleaning up after them and lots of hugs and petting.

“When I first met Brooke, her dog, Avery, was a puppy. She hadn’t had plans to get a dog at the time, but a dog that was very similar to her childhood dog became available, and it was like fate. Brooke is a fantastic owner to Avery. She’s doted upon, but also very well trained. I think that dog might eat better than I do. Brooke loves all dogs. She’s never had an unkind word to say about mine. We’re constantly making our outings dog related, so that we can have them with us.
