About: For me, the joys of pet ownership came a little later in life. I grew up in a home with my parents and 3 older brothers. My mom deduced that a house with four boys and a grown man didn't need any more animals! In the 90s, I worked with the local Humane Society and was overwhelmed by love and empathy that I felt for the animals waiting for adoption. The first dog I remember was Ginger, then PJ, then Sparkie, then Jenna and Millie, Anja and Argus, then Bonnie and Clyde, and now we have our very friendly buddy, Gustav. They ranged from a miniature Schnauzer and Jack Russels to Rottweilers and German Shepherds. My closest friend's dad bred and trained German Shepherds while I was in high school. I was surrounded by a pack most of my life and loved it. I owned a local pup friendly pub for 14 years and made it a point to great every dog that came in. I am hoping for the chance to see some of those dogs again! My current schedule is very flexible, so I can focus on the pet's care when they need it. I understand that different pets require different things at different times and I am able and willing to accommodate with a bit of forewarning. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly 10 month old puppy who loves new company. He and I go for walks around our neighborhood daily and we do outings to the park a few times a week. I have 2 cats that are indifferent to dogs and they have their own separate space so they can be alone if they want. I deep clean the litter boxes at least twice a week and would be happy to do the same for your kitties at your home. (Access to a hose outside is very helpful for this) I have room for crates and pets are not left outside unattended. I am very vigilant about picking up poop and want to keep a clean yard for the pups to play in.

About: I have cared for dogs for friends and family while they are away on vacation, making sure they are fed, walked, played with, and given plenty of love and attention. I absolutely love animals and have two dogs of my own, a Golden Retriever and a Beagle. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and my two daughters love animals just as much as I do. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I spend most of my time at home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, and care throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and boarding depending on my schedule. I truly enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their families are away. I have a loving home with two friendly dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Beagle. They are very social and have always been comfortable around other dogs. I also have a friendly cat who has always lived with dogs and is comfortable around them. My home has a spacious backyard where pets can safely play and enjoy outdoor time. I provide a clean, caring, supervised environment and treat every pet like part of my own family.
