“Another successful week of drop ins with Vanessa and our cats. We love that she takes the time to send detailed reports and a multitude of photos day after day. When we’re gone for 10 days, we worry about the cats, but Vanessa does a fantastic job helping us feel assured that they are being well taken care of.”

“Griselda does such a wonderful job taking care of our boys. She gives them so much love and attention and is very responsive to questions we may have. We love having her check on our cats! ❤️”
“Kellie was wonderful! It was my first time using Rover and I had a great experience with her watching my two cats 💙💙 she was very attentive and gave me updates on the boys every time she dropped in!”

“Pam was wonderful with are 2 cats. They both seem happy and relaxed, Not nervous or hyper as they have been with other cat sitters - when we returned. She takes great pictures of them and keeps us informed about what is happening. Also everything is clean and neat when we come home. I highly recommend her.”

“Thank you so much Danielle for being the best kitty caretaker. It’s is such a blessing to know they are in safe hands and that Leo has a friend to look forward to playing with every day! We appreciate you!”

“Gabby is wonderful! My cat typically does not like other people and frightens easily, so it was nice to know she was comfortable around Gabby. My cat even let her brush her(!!). I know who I can rely on for future visits. 🐈⬛”
“Melayna did a great job caring for my cat and home while I was away. My kitty is very shy at first and Melayna was patient and sweet, and brought him out of his shell. The house was just as I had left it. Fantastic experience and I look forward to having Melayna stay again. Thank you!”

“Mackenzie did a great job with 2 very shy kitties who've never had a pet sitter before. The situation was complicated in that one kitty would eat the other's food when he would hide. So the kitties had to be separated...gently.”

“Ashley was amazing with my kitty!!! I felt so at ease knowing she was in good hands. Would definitely recommend Ashley and will book her again the next time I’m out of town :)”

“Jennifer was communicative and asked questions about any details or concerns. She was prompt and took great care of my boy Fred. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Karol is very friendly and I felt really at ease leaving my kitties in karol’s care. I could feel that she truly loves animals when I met her. I would definitely have Karol taking care of my kitties again!”

About: I have walked dogs and taken care of animals since I was young. As a nanny, I walked the families dogs daily and house sat for them. My family and I traveled for the past two years throughout the US to discover new places and experiences. Our daughter (7) and our dog (9) were along for the ride! We housesat, long term, in a few places and love taking care of animals. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages along with cats, chickens, horses, and other animals. We are artists who work from home so if boarding with me, your dog will never be alone for long. We are active and our dog gets two walks a day. Please be mindful that we do have a 7 year old child and our dog does need to do a meet and greet with any boarders. I currently have a very flexible schedule with lots of availability to stop in to play, take walks, and board your best friend. Message me if you need a time not offered. Caring for a pet in your home is a responsibility I take seriously. Its great to be in their own environment and I strive to keep them on their regular schedule as best as possible. My family and I traveled the country from house sit to house sit so I understand how important it is to respect everyone's space, home, and peace of mind. Typically, a house sit on Rover would be just myself coming to take care of your pet with the possibility of meeting up with my husband, daughter, and dog outside of the home if it were okay with the owner.
“Kayla did a great job with our two kitties! By day 2, even our very shy kitty was out and about asking for pets/brushes. Her communication was great and she flagged a few things the cats were doing during the week to ask if they were normal, etc. One of our kitties had a flare-up of a condition while we were gone and she went above in beyond to clean up after her and keep an extra eye on her to make sure everything resolved as expected. Would definitely book again!”

“Alison was absolutely great! I booked her last-minute for the holidays, and she did everything I asked and more. She sent great pictures of the cats, very detailed updates, and always made sure my fur babies were happy. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Charlotte has been so loving to our cat. Our cat snuggled with her which means she trusts her. I would book her again. When I got deliveries she took them in without me even asking. So happy we connected!”
“We couldn’t be happier with the care Rachael provided for our two felines. They are usually very hesitant around new people and prefer to hide, but Rachael’s patience and dedication quickly won them over. After only a few visits, they were literally eating from her hand. Rachael was thorough and consistent in her care, sending prompt daily recaps that included a checklist of each visit—food, litter, playtime, etc.—and thoughtful photos. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and her updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It’s evident that Rachael treats pet sitting as a profession, not a side job. We felt completely confident leaving our pets in her care and will absolutely be using her again for future trips.”

“Katherine was so amazing and attentive to my cat while I was gone on a month-long trip! She is clearly very knowledgeable about cats, and my shy kitty warmed up to her right away. I definitely recommend Katherine as a sitter and will be using her services again!”

Oro Valley cat parents share their Rover experiences
Melayna gave me the comfort I needed to be able to confidently leave my babies for a weekend out of town. I felt like they were cared for as well as I would care for them myself and that’s peace of mind that I’ve never experienced. She was always sending updates and photos and reached out if she had any questions. I will be using Melayna and again! My boys will be excited to have her and Zoe back!!!
