About: I’ve had multiple types of animals since I was a young kid. I’ve raised several litters of labradors, I had a horse ranch for 15 1/2 years, we had six dogs and six cats and 20 horses on the ranch. I had to train the dogs and my barn cat to be around horses, so they wouldn’t get kicked or stepped on. I am retired, so I am pretty flexible for morning visits or walking, also afternoon visits are walking. I can board at my house if needed, I have 5 acres, all fenced, so plenty of room to run if you’d like to bring your pups to the house. I have two very friendly dogs, also two different size crates if they’re needed.
About: My name is Katie and I am a doctoral student studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am hoping to start up a non-profit senior dog rescue sanctuary in the near future. I have loved dogs since I was a baby. I grew up with all kind of dogs from Irish Setter to Gordon Settler to Lab to Cocker Spaniels. Now I’m raising 5 years old border collie and 3 years old black lab. I am usually free in late afternoons, evenings and on the weekends. I do also work from home and can adjust my schedule a little bit if you need me during the day. When I’m not in school or working, I enjoys reading, walking and geeking out at the museums. During the weekdays, I usually take dogs out for potty every two to three hours and I would take them out for a walk in morning, during lunch break, and in evening. I usually give two meals a day (morning and evening) and set a time aside to play with them. I live in a house and have two friendly dogs that can play with your puppy. I also have a crate in case your dog needs to be crated. My home also has a huge backyard for the dogs to play in. For safety reasons, I prefer to supervise the dogs while they are in the backyard.

Wow Lauren did an amazing job with my 2 cats!! One of my cats needs medication and sometimes hides, but Lauren did an A+ job encouraging my cat through the process while I was gone. Im so grateful for Lauren’s care. She also played a bunch with my active cat and sent me the cutest photos so I could see the cats playing and enjoying themselves. Lauren kept the kitchen and feeding areas very clean. I would most highly recommend Lauren for pet care!!!! She is the best!!
