Casey was outstanding from the very first contact; we set up a meet and greet with my pets and I, that went very well! I have a rescue doggo that can be very warry and standoffish at times with new people, but she warmed up to Casey very quickly. Casey's follow up and communication (including pics and drop-in synopsis') while I was on vacation was outstanding and she was even able to get my doggo comfy enough with her to go on a few walks. My cats were also very much at home and welcoming of Casey as well! 10 out 10 would recommend Casey to anyone with "special needs" pets and I will definitely be utilizing her skills the next time I'm in need of a pet sitter!
