“Absolutely wonderful! She took great care of my dog and made sure my 6-week-old kitten was fed and cared for while I was away. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pets were in such loving and reliable hands. Highly recommend!”

“Kiersten is the best sitter I’ve ever had! She truly gave me peace of mind when I was out of town. She sent me so many videos/pictures of them and gave the fur babies so much love. They really love her! I will definitely book again if I need a sitter”

“Kellie rocks! She is patient and flexible! She helped me w doggie vet care in a pinch and always sends photos and updates about my pack! Thank you Kellie! Highly recommended!”

“Wow, wow, wow!! This was my first time using Rover. I had no idea what to expect and only tried it because I was in a desperate, last-minute situation trying to find care for my dogs while I needed to go away on a very unexpected trip. I truly didn’t have hope that I would find someone on such short notice, but saw her profile and reached out. I was thrilled with her speedy response and her willingness to help. From the minute she walked in the door to meet my dogs, I knew she was absolutely the right fit. My girls fell in love with her instantly, and I felt such a huge relief knowing they were getting exceptional care from her while I was away. It took so much stress off me, and I loved the daily updates and pictures. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I’m now completely spoiled, because I can’t imagine finding a more caring, responsible, loving dog sitter. She is THE BEST!!!! Treated my dogs like they were her own.”

“Chloe is the most thoughtful, thorough, and kind sitter we’ve had for our cat to date. She’s easy to communicate with, responsible, and our cat loved her (I think she was disappointed when we came home). ;) Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Jaycee has been wonderful and patient with my nervous little doggo. He’s slow to warm up to new people and Jaycee has been excellent at going at his pace and working with him when he didn’t even want to leave his crate at first. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Jewel was very caring and attentive to my cat Cleo. She made sure to leave a detailed report after each drop in. She made sure Cleo was fed, had water available, and scooped out the litter box during each visit. Any concerns she had during her visits were brought to my attention. This is the second time I booked Jewel to catsit Cleo and I would gladly do so again in the future.”

“Jennifer was communicative and asked questions about any details or concerns. She was prompt and took great care of my boy Fred. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Aubrey knows exactly what she is doing and clearly can handle different ages and types of dogs. She kept our 12 year old happy and our 10 month old puppy entertained and calm. I hope to visit Tubac AZ again and she will be our go to. Thank you so much Aubrey.”
“Cambria was a great communicator! She was on time, checked in, took pics, and provided info on the walk! She is a very sweet person who clearly loves animals and I will definitely ask her to care for my dog in the future! I definitely recommend her services!”

“Sheila did a wonderful job looking after our very shy cat and very patiently read to her and got her comfortable. We highly recommend her services. She also very timely in all visits and sent some great pictures!”

“Outstanding Cat and tarantula Sitter , easy to work with. Loved all the updates and pictures of my pet family sent to me while I was serving in the Army far away from home , will definitely hire again.”

“We had Allyson do a drop in when we took a day trip to Phoenix. She had stayed with our pets for a long weekend, so we were perfectly comfortable that all would go well. And it did. She’s a great communicator and really cares about our animals. Highly recommend her!”

About: Ive had many pets throughout my life. Majority being dogs. Ive had dogs of many sizes and breeds. Ive had three pitbulls, three chihuahuas, two german shepherds, and one saint bernard!! I work part time, my shifts usually being from 6 am - 1 pm on weekdays, which gives me much of my day to take care of your pets! Weekends are a bit more difficult due to the fluctuations in my work schedule but I'm pretty casual when it comes to working around things! I have a fenced yard, its not too big but there is space! I can also take your pet for a walk if they yard is not good enough! I will not leave your pet in a crate but instead allow them to roam freely (Unless you specifically want them to be crated).
“Laurie was a wonderful choice while I was on vacation. I had no worries as well as my dog, Chloe was clearly happy with her while I was away! I would gladly do business with you again thank you very much!”

Andrew did another fantastic job caring for my cat while I was away for almost three weeks. He sent daily updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I got home, my cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. My cat has really grown attached to Andrew, which says a lot! It's such a relief knowing he’s in good hands, and I just hope Andrew is available every time I travel. Highly recommend!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Flowing Wells. On Rover:
- 97% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
