“It was easy to communicate with Andrew. When our dog wouldn’t go outside because it was raining, he reached out to get clarity on what to do. They ended up cuddling and playing a bit instead, and my dog seemed as happy as ever when we got home :)”

“Sheila was very professional and friendly and really seems to care about the animals she cares for. She came be the house twice before I left on vacation to get to know my cat and learn about his routines. He seemed to like her and I felt confident hiring her. She brought special toys for him to play with when she came each day and would send me photos of them playing together. I hope to hire Sheila again when I need to be away.”

“Wow, wow, wow!! This was my first time using Rover. I had no idea what to expect and only tried it because I was in a desperate, last-minute situation trying to find care for my dogs while I needed to go away on a very unexpected trip. I truly didn’t have hope that I would find someone on such short notice, but saw her profile and reached out. I was thrilled with her speedy response and her willingness to help. From the minute she walked in the door to meet my dogs, I knew she was absolutely the right fit. My girls fell in love with her instantly, and I felt such a huge relief knowing they were getting exceptional care from her while I was away. It took so much stress off me, and I loved the daily updates and pictures. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I’m now completely spoiled, because I can’t imagine finding a more caring, responsible, loving dog sitter. She is THE BEST!!!! Treated my dogs like they were her own.”

“Jennifer is a great sitter! She is super communicative and definitely makes sure she has all the details of care ready to go. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take great care of their pets. My cat, Fred, is enamored with her!”

“Kellie was wonderful! It was my first time using Rover and I had a great experience with her watching my two cats 💙💙 she was very attentive and gave me updates on the boys every time she dropped in!”

“Jaycee is the BEST. We felt so comfortable being out of town knowing that our 3 dogs were in her care. She was very communicative and easy to work with! We would book her again in a heartbeat🩷”

About: I've grown up with dogs, and have experience caring for senior dogs with medical issues. I am also experienced with feral, stray, and fearful/shy cats. We currently have one black cat (Nox) in the home who is our pride and joy. I also live across the street from an emergency animal care hospital should any emergencies arise. I am a recently minted PhD in Clinical Psychology who is taking a gap year before going to residency. I have flexible hours and am available for a variety of pet care services while I study for board certification exams. Boarding: My fiance and I rent a 2 bedroom apartment, which means there is plenty of space to either roam and play, or sequester with cozy blankets and treats until they feel comfortable. Our 6 year old cat is shy but friendly with other cats and humans. I live together with my fiance who is also an animal lover In home: Food, water, and waste services as typical. Also available for playing, petting, walking, treats, or medication if requested.
About: I have had pets all my life, and have been fostering with PACC (Pima Animal Care Center, a local animal shelter), for almost 12 years now. I have extensive experience with cats of all ages, dogs from puppies to seniors including extra experience with large and giant breed dogs, and many reptiles including bearded dragons, geckos, snakes, and more. I love animals and love keeping up to date with new science and research on their their health, behavior, and best practices for their care and training. I also have taken the Red Cross pet first aid course in addition to my years of experience working with medical cases with my fosters and my own medically complicated pets. I work full-time, but because I am at a bakery I am out by late morning to mid-afternoon at the latest so I generally have all afternoon and evening to spend with your pets. I have a fenced yard for my own Great Dane mix rescue. He is excellent with cats, and with careful introductions is friendly with other dogs. I have cats of my own that have free roam of the house, but I do have a room kept separate that I use for quarantine and kitten and cat fostering so they have their own space away from the other animals.

Flowing Wells cat parents share their Rover experiences
Andrew did another fantastic job caring for my cat while I was away for almost three weeks. He sent daily updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I got home, my cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. My cat has really grown attached to Andrew, which says a lot! It's such a relief knowing he’s in good hands, and I just hope Andrew is available every time I travel. Highly recommend!

Jewel was very caring and attentive to my cat Cleo. She made sure to leave a detailed report after each drop in. She made sure Cleo was fed, had water available, and scooped out the litter box during each visit. Any concerns she had during her visits were brought to my attention. This is the second time I booked Jewel to catsit Cleo and I would gladly do so again in the future.
