About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! Im currently starting my entrepreneurial journey. Right now I’m a full time pet care giver. I also work a weekend night job. I do not have a set schedule so I have open availability. I prefer to care for pets in my home but I’m always happy to accommodate whatever the client needs. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for play and accessible paths for walks. During sittings I make sure to not only take great care of the pet but the clients home as well.
About: I currently work from home and am available for all of your dogs needs from companionship, stimulation and bathroom breaks. I pride myself on being available to the dogs and a present pet parent. I work from home and your pet will be included in my day to day activities as if it were my own. I am very attentive caring and sensitive to the needs of my pets which in turn will make me sensitive to the needs of your pet. The pets in my home are cared for as family, they get free reign of the house, they have full access to my back yard and they are not left alone in the back yard.
“Midna had a great time with Brittani! She is a puppy with boundless energy but was all tuckered out when she came home. I had to leave town for the day and I'm glad my pup got some exercise and social interaction instead of sitting in her crate all day. Thank you, Brittani. We will definitely be booking with you again.”

“Kat has taken care of my large dog on multiple occasions, always treating him with love and patience. He is loving but excitable, and Kat always knows how to calm him and provide him a happy space.”

“Beth provided a great day care experience. She communicates well and provided good updates. Elly was excited to return the second day. An added bonus is her location next to an access point to the Tucson cycling trail system.”

“I highly recommend Sara to watch over your fur baby. I was in a crunch and I needed a sitter to watch over my 3-month old Lab/German Shepherd Mix pup and she was able to step in and provide doggy daycare for 3 days! Rocco remembers who Sara is and responds positively to her which tells me that Rocco really enjoyed his stay and was happy! Sara provides pictures, feedback, and report card reports. She is thorough, professional, and does a great job providing personal attention and quality time when dog sitting. I was planning on sending my dog to Dogtopia but after my positive experience with Sara and her close proximity, I am likely to stick with her and become a regular customer where my dog can get more personal attention and quality time. Thank you Sara!”

“Rory took on my four mastiffs which is not an easy task but he did such a wonderful job. I’m going to hire him whenever I am visiting Tucson. Every time I dropped off my dogs he had their breakfast prepared and regularly sent me updates of them playing and sleeping on his couch. He was easy to communicate with an adaptable, taking the dogs for an overnight and extended hours. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to have a real special treatment for their dogs. A true dog lover.”

About: I am a deaf person but it doesn’t stop me from taking care of animals! I own a deaf dog and taught basic signs to him so he can communicate with me with his needs. I took care of cats/dogs/other animals. (A big fan of animals). I will give all my attention to the pets! I once saved a goldfish from bladder diseases. And many things to tell about! I have plenty of time to take care of! I live in Tucson, Arizona. I do not have any part-time or full-time jobs so I am available at anytime during weekly and weekends. Open to many requests as you wish. Very flexible and time efficient. I purposely follow the pet owners’ care instructions and requirements as they expect. I will make sure I’m very responsive and respectful in their place.
“Stacie and her family were sweet, inviting, and so caring to my puppy! Based on her demeanor, I knew my dog was in good hands from the minute we met her. Her experience with dogs shows. l highly recommend her care.”

“Paloma was very sweet and made me feel at ease, even though I have a 75 lb bloodhound. Her comfort with dogs and herself made me feel confident that I could trust her with my big dog.”

“Barbara was great! It is obvious that she cares very much for the dogs in her care. She has a great house for pets and the yard is perfect. She sent me pictures of Lilly regularly throughout the day. I will use Barbara again without hesiration.”

About: When I moved into my house in 2018, one of my first priorities was to get a dog. Recently, Addie, who spent the past 7 years with me, had to be put down unexpectedly. I miss her a ton, and I would love to open my home to another dog (the yard just calls out for it), but I am unable to adopt at the moment for logistical/financial reasons. I would love for your pets and I to keep each other company while I work from home during the day! I am a diligent and reliable person who works remotely as a paralegal, so I always need excuses (whether walks, play, food, snuggles, or just potty breaks) to get up from my desk and move at intervals throughout the work day. I love animals of all kinds - in addition to my own dog, I can submit my friends' pets as references (Mildred the cat likes me better than her owner's wife, and Maggie the dog is obsessed with me while spurning every other friend her owners have). I'm also a birdwatcher and a huge fan of all the wildlife in my yard, from bunnies to lizards. My dog training and medical/senior pet care skills are limited, but I am open to learning and strongly attentive to detail - I will be sure to give your pet what they need. I work from home during the week, with approximate hours of 7 am - 4 pm M-F. On Tuesdays I have appointments in the afternoons, so I will not be available for day care that day. Weekend availability will depend on my plans. I don't have any pets at home currently. I have a screened-in patio with a dog door leading to the fenced-in backyard. When the weather is nice (not too hot), I like to work in the patio. The yard backs onto a wash, so there is a lot of wildlife in the area. Javelinas and coyotes frequent the area but cannot get into the yard. I have seen two rattlesnakes in the yard in 7 years of living here. I would not leave small/medium dogs or cats outside unsupervised. If you give permission, I would feel comfortable leaving large dogs who are snake trained outside while I'm in the house (as I often did with my 80 lb golden doodle).
“Fantastic Sitter! Safe quiet neighborhood to walk dogs around. Annie was very kind and attentive to my dogs special requests. They had a great time playing ball together!”

“Chris was wonderful with Ziggy! We received pics and even a video! Ziggy was picked up and immediately fell asleep a happy pup! We look forward to booking with Chris again.”

Flowing Wells dog parents share their Rover experiences
Adria was incredibly kind to accept my very last-minute dog-sitting request when I had an emergency. She has a large yard with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, and they also have free range of the house, so Zoe felt right at home. She must be a German Shepherd whisperer! Zoe usually barks quite a bit when meeting new people (despite being very friendly and never aggressive), and I normally have to stay 10–15 minutes to help her settle down. This time, Zoe ran straight into the house and started playing with the other dogs without a single woof! Adria's home was also exceptionally clean, organized, and dog-friendly, with nothing lying around that curious dogs could get into. It gave me great peace of mind knowing Zoe was in such a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for environment. I would absolutely trust Adria with Zoe again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.

Rory was great with our two dogs. You can tell he really loves our furry friends. We called on him when we were moving, so it was a long day. He has a nice place with a very large backyard where the dogs can run and play. He offered to give them treats and dinner since they were going to be there about nine hours. Our girls are a little skittish, but he was very good with them. We will definitely use him again in the future.
