Home Full Time – Loving Dog Care ❤️
Hi, I’m Kat! I’m a reliable and compassionate dog sitter who works from home full-time in central Tucson near River and 1st Ave, ensuring your dog is never alone. I’ve been working with animals my entire life, so I deeply understand their behavior and training needs - whether it’s guiding a playful puppy or caring for a senior dog. My home-based care, built on years of experience, creates a calm, safe and nurturing environment. I specialize in caring for low to moderate-energy dogs who thrive in a peaceful routine, but I also welcome well-mannered, energetic pups. My home offers plenty of space to play, along with a secure, large yard for outdoor time. Plus, we enjoy daily walks at least twice a day to keep dogs happy and healthy. Good manners are key. I work best with dogs who are house-trained, responsive to commands, and respectful of boundaries. If your pup is playful but polite (no counter-surfing or ignoring “no,” please!), we’ll be a great match. Let’s schedule a meet and greet so you can see where your pup will be staying and be sure they get along with my fur baby, Cosmo.

My dog's stay with Katarina for 12 days was wonderful for her and for me. Katarina kept me updated and sent photos or videos. I felt my dog was being well cared for and I could relax and enjoy my trip. I am looking forward to planning more travel now that I have found a really good place for my dog to stay while I am gone.
I am so happy and relieved to have found Katarina. I hate having to be away from my little guy, but I feel so much better knowing he is with Katarina in her home. He we clearly so loved and cared for while I was away. So grateful for Katarina and her family.

Kat is exceptional. She took such good care of Sweet Mister, my hyperactive 5 month old puppy. Her home is an oasis. I felt completely at ease leaving him for the day. She was responsive, sent photo/video updates, and even offered to pick up/drop off. She is competent, kind, and clearly loves animals. Her dog was very polite and patient with Sweet Mister’s puppy energy. I highly recommend Kat and cannot think of a better Rover sitter :)

Harmonogram
Working from home allows me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I offer at least two daily walks, plenty of playtime in my spacious home and secure yard, and lots of affection and connection. Dogs here are never left alone for long and are welcomed as part of the home, including those who enjoy snuggling in bed. I also offer discounted rates for consistent weekly daycare schedules, creating a stable, familiar routine that helps dogs feel more relaxed and at home here.

A typical day is a balanced mix of fun and relaxation. We start with a refreshing morning walk to stretch our legs, followed by interactive playtime and quiet cuddle sessions indoors. Your pup will have unlimited outdoor access to my large secure backyard, free to roam and enjoy the outdoors at their own pace. For high energy dogs, I enjoy taking longer walks on the Rillito River Path, just a few short blocks away, or exploring the nearby washes in my neighborhood. We finish the day with another walk after dinner ensuring your pet stays active, engaged and well loved throughout the day.
