“James is kind, calm, respectful and professional. We hired him to sit our puppies for 4 days. When he came over to do a meet and greet, I could tell it was a good match at first sniff. We have 2 Yorkshire Terrier puppies (15 and 9 months) and they are our babies. James treated them like part of his own family! He was patient and calm with them and I could tell even our nervous one liked him. I appreciated that James asked a lot of questions about routine and schedules and how to take the best care of the boys. While we were gone, he sent enough updates to show everything was fine m, but not too many. It was easy to relax and enjoy vacation knowing the puppies were alright. When we got home, the house was clean and in order. Best of all, the pups were happy to see us, but not anxious or seemingly upset that we had been gone. We will definitely hire James again!”

“If you want someone who’s going to treat your pet like a member of the family, Sue should be your first choice. She’s had several pets over the years and each dog, cat, turtle, bird, etc…has become a part of her family. We get pictures, texts and updates on each animal as life happens. Both of Sue’s kids have that same love for animals, as does her husband, so it’s a family thing and very important to all of them. I’ve learned to be patient when I go for a walk with her because of the constant interruptions as she greets each dog we pass and exclaims over it because it’s the cutest thing she’s ever come across. Not a surprise, because she pours that love and compassion into everything she does.”
