very disappointed with this sitter. She was to arrive 7-9. Instead she arrived 8:17 and was gone by 9:34. She didnt engage with my pets at all. Im not even sure why I was charged for my cat as she didnt have to do anything for him. She was there to take care of my dog and pretty much ignored him the whole time, sitting on the couch, playing on her phone. I have time stamped video.

We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received! Griselda provided dependable drop-in visits, and it was clear from the very beginning that she genuinely loves animals. She took the time to make sure our dog had fresh food and water, plenty of attention, exercise, and lots of affection during every visit. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent communication. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Finding someone you trust with a beloved pet is invaluable, and we felt completely confident knowing our dog was in such caring and capable hands. We came home to a relaxed, happy dog, and that says everything. We highly recommend Griselda to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional pet care. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
