About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and at one point we had 12 indoor dogs, from tiny Yorkies to Great Danes. They were never “just pets” to us; they were family, and that’s how I’ve always believed animals should be treated. I’ve also cared for cats and have experience dog sitting, so I’m comfortable looking after pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for yours the same way I’d care for my own. I take classes two days a week and spend the rest of my time at home, so I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention and care. I'm also available most weekends, making it easy to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for by following their usual routine as closely as possible. I'll follow all feeding, medication, and exercise instructions provided by the owner and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I don't have any pets of my own at the moment, so I truly enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the love and companionship they deserve. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have always loved caring for animals, my pets or not. I have more experience with cats and dogs, and can work with reptiles, amphibians, and birds as well. I used to own my pet sitting business, exclusive to my former apartment complex. I have cared for animals with various health issues and am comfortable taking on the extra responsibility. Our children are school aged (Kindergarten & 1st Grade) so they are home during non-school hours. The largest animals we have owned are Rottweilers down to most recently a Pomeranian, so experience in safety is vast! We have a fully fenced in yard (or fenced in deck if your animal prefers to be off the grass) - both offer plenty of shade for potty breaks outside. We have a dedicated dog room for safe sleep and rest - which is on the same floor as our normal living area and primary bedroom. We definitely consider pets & animals to be an extension of family and are treated as so - with attention and free roam of the home and furniture.

MEET & GREET - The Havanese is more hesitant and nervous. As soon as Andrew came through the door she was right there at his legs. We went outside with the dogs where we spoke about Rover and he interacted with both dogs. They were surrounding and running around for him to play. We eventually came back inside. We sat in family room and both dogs were still wanting to play with him. The Havanese was on his lap and ready to give kisses. ONE WEEK of SERVICE - more than I expected. Becky was Wonderful! If I could give her more than 5 Stars I absolutely would. From the moment I met her I was instantly comfortable. My cat, who usually hides from most everyone, came to greet her almost immediately which completely put me at ease. The whole time we were gone on our trip Becky stayed in touch, sent pictures and gave us updates. She even brought in our mail, any packages that were delivered and put our outdoor trash can away after trash day. More importantly she was amazing with our very picky cat. I had a great experience with Stephanie. This was my first time leaving my cat alone for several days, and I was understandably nervous, but she did an excellent job and quickly put me at ease. She was reliable, communicative, and very attentive to Bagel’s needs. She made sure he was eating, drinking, and using the litter normally, and she took the time to observe his behavior rather than forcing interaction. Bagel is a cautious cat, but he became more comfortable over the course of the visits. I really appreciated the updates and knowing that Bagel was calm, safe, and well cared for in his own home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and would highly recommend her, especially for shy or sensitive pets.
