I live in a house with my dog, Daisy. She loves everyone, including all types of animals, and will happily keep your pet company. I have multiple crates available if your pet should need one :)
Information Erica O. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know your pet's medical history (including vaccination status and flea/tick preventative status), medications and any other special health needs. I would also love to know how they are with other dogs and new people. Please let me know if they have any behavioral challenges such as food or resource guarding or any specific fears or quirks that I should be aware of. It is always my goal to give your pet the exercise and enrichment they need while making sure they feel secure and comfortable in the environment they are in. I also like to know what pet parents would like their pet to get the most out of the visits or walks (eg, burning excess energy, socializing with other dogs, other enrichment activities) so that I can do my best to meet your pet's individual needs. If there is anything specific you would like me to work on with your pup, such as leash manners, crate training or anything else, please let me know!
A typical day
Daisy and I love to head out on long walks, either down to Walled Lake or find a new trail to walk at one of the metroparks. We also spend a lot of time running around in the park and she loves to go to the dog park. We also do a lot of puzzles and nosework games for enrichmnet and would love to introduce your pup to some of our favorites!

I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all breeds since I was young, and animals have always been a big part of my life. Along with caring for family pets, I previously ran a small pet-sitting business and have raised several dogs from puppyhood, giving me hands-on experience with every stage of life. My approach to care and training is rooted in patience and positive reinforcement. Creating a calm, supportive environment is important to me, and I value working with pet parents who feel the same way. I also work in the medical field and am experienced in administering medications, including injections. I understand how important it is to follow care instructions precisely, especially when it comes to health needs. I’m highly detail-oriented and committed to making sure your pet receives attentive, reliable, and loving care tailored specifically to them.

Erica is great with both cats and dogs of all sizes! I always trust her to take care of my cat when I'm away and know she takes care of him as if he were her own. Definitely recommend :)
Erica is an extremely friendly, kind, and trustworthy person. She has cared for my pets many times and I never have to worry because I know they are in good hands. She is very at ease with my pets and is willing to go out of her way to ensure they are getting the best care while I am away. She is hard-working, loving, and it is clear through the care she gives, that she is very passionate about animals and works very well with them. I’ve seen her with her own dog and it is clear she has such a love and adoration for animals. I would never hesitate to leave any of my pets in her care and would 100% recommend her.
Erica is the BEST at taking care of our two dogs. One is a younger large dog and other is a smaller older dog. She handles them perfectly together or individually. I trust her like no other pet sitter and know she treats them as their own. I highly recommend.
