About: Hi there! I have lots of experience caring for pets ranging from my own pets to shadowing at veterinary clinics in the DFW area. I am happy to help with walks and check-ins, and I am comfortable working with any breed or species. I have cared for a wide variety of dogs, elderly and young, and can accommodate special needs. For walks I work with owners to establish the safest route according to their pups needs in! For check-ins I can do feedings, administer meds, and play with your pup to make sure they’re happy while you’re away. I currently work full time Monday through Thursday. I can fit in walks and check-ins before and after work on those days, but Friday-Sunday I generally have an open availability for any help you might need. Each animal is different and requires their own unique approach. I try to respect this when establishing a relationship with both owner and pet. For walks and check-ins, I will work with you to make sure I can properly care for your animal! If you are considering boarding please be aware I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own and we will need to heavily discuss if everyone can blend together safely!

About: I have 3 dogs and one cat of my own! I’ve had two of the dogs since they were puppies, and my cat since he was a kitten. I’ve also pet sit for my neighbors many times! About: I have taken care of all sizes of animals ever since I was 14 years old, from horses to rabbits. Currently I have four cats, two dogs, one horse, one donkey, and four goats. Some of them have three legs and some can’t see but I have cared for them all with as much love as I can. Difficult animals are something I have dealt with as well, I understand that animals have their own boundaries that need to be respected. Right now I am a nursing student at UTA, my classes start on January 13, and when that happens, I will not be able to work on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. I might be able to make it work if the scheduled time is much earlier or much later in the day. I have a fenced yard, and there are several gates in my house so I can separate dogs from each other if needed. I also have an area the cats can stay in if the certain pet does not like cats. I live on a 7 acre plot of land, which will give any dog enough run time to have fun and also sleep really hard by the end of the day

All are very dog friendly and love to make new friends! I have a dog door and all 3 of my dogs free roam all day, but I can crate your pet if needed or preferred when unsupervised or at night. I have separate rooms in my house available to keep small critters (i.e. birds, rodents) if they would prefer their own space.

I’m hesitant to write this review because I don’t want Wendy to get too booked up for my kitties (even though she absolutely deserves to be!). 😂 Long story short, Wendy saved my kitty’s life! She has been taking care of my boys for almost a year now, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better sitter. One of my boys is diabetic, and Wendy has been absolutely amazing at administering his insulin every 12 hours and going above and beyond to make sure he’s well cared for. Unfortunately, during our most recent trip, my baby boy went into diabetic ketoacidosis due to circumstances completely beyond Wendy’s control. Thanks to her initiative, attentiveness, and genuine care for my boys, she noticed that something was wrong and immediately took him to the ER. After several days of taking him to the vet, communicating with us, keeping us updated, and showing so much patience and care, he is finally back home and better than ever. I will never take Wendy for granted! SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE! ❤️🐾 If you’re lucky enough to book her, you can rest assured that your fur babies are in the absolute best hands.
