“Kim was great! She came everyday that she was scheduled and let me know every time. My cats hid and she had to find them to get a picture but she located them. In addition to food, water and litterbox duty, she brought in my mail and even vacuumed and cleaned up when the Angora made a mess. If I need a pet sitter, I will definitely contact her through Rover again! Thanks, Kim!”

I appreciated the regular updates and photos they sent, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away knowing that our cats were happy and well-cared for. She wad able to successfully give two of our cats their daily medicine despite them not being too crazy about said medication lol. She sent awesome pics and report cards daily. Litter boxes and water fountains look great. I left like 3 pages of instructions (I can be cray cray about my fur babies lol) and Carole made sure she understood everything and was able to carry it all out. Thank you so much.
