About: I have been in love with animals since I was little. I grew up on a farm with horses, cows, a sheep, dogs and cats. I've had 9 rescue dogs throughout my life, as well as 8 niece and nephew pups and countless friends' dogs I've cared for and loved. I have also volunteered at shelters and wildlife rescues, and I've even camel sat! I have experience working with and caring for different breeds, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments and have partnered with trainers to help dogs with work through anxiety, over-stimulation, and reactivity issues. I have also cared for special needs dogs and senior dogs who need meds, diapers, traction devices, slings, and extra attention. Once I get to know a pup, I am very attuned to their behavior/mood/signs and am able to help them feel cared for and safe. I'm currently working part time, so my availability is very wide open. I'm free for walks and play time during the day or overnight stays with your pup in your home if you have a work trip or vacation. Is your dog an escape artist? I've had one of those, so I can bring a heavy wooden gate to block off doors or other areas of the house as needed. Other than that, I will treat your pet with the same care and attention I give my own dogs, and considering that my friends have said they would like to be reincarnated as one of my dogs....

About: I have always had a passion for all types of animals all of my life. I have owned many in my lifetime from small to big and of course a cat lover too! In my younger years I owned and operated a pet sitting service for 10 years, which I enjoyed tremendously! I then expanded to owning and operating natural pet food stores for 16 years. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs since I was a baby, I grew up around pit bulls and Chihuahuas 😂! Since then, I’ve had the joy of owning my own Husky and German Shepherd. I’m experienced with bottle-feeding puppies, administering medication, caring for senior dogs, and of course, providing plenty of love, cuddles, and tail wags! ☺️🐾 I’m currently a full-time student at UNT, but I only have classes on campus Mondays from 10 AM–12 PM. Other than that, I’m available to spend plenty of time with your pup! Whether you need a quick drop in to feed, walk, and check on your baby or an overnight stay with lots of love and attention, I’m here! ☺️ I have a fenced in yard and one friendly chihuahua who would love to be a buddy to your pup! Wow...where do I even begin?! Kaylen is fantastic!!! She took such great care of our dogs, really and truly cared, loved, and paid attention to our babies! Our dogs can be very quirky with new people, one has some medical issues and she can be slow to trust people, but Kaylen's confidence and understanding of dog behavior truly made our Bo feel at ease! I have never had anyone but family watch our dogs prior and was panicking when we found out we could not bring our dogs on our family trip, but I am so grateful it led me to Kaylen! I actually got to enjoy my time away, (as much as you can when missing your pups), because I trust Kaylen so much, our dogs were in the best hands. We got amazing updates, our house was left in immaculate condition, our dogs were so happy and all updates showed how loved they were, it was just such a fantastic experience! Kaylen is really there for the dogs, she never judged, she was so helpful in guiding us through the meet and greets, it was such a phenomenal time, I really can not put into words how amazing she is and how much I fully trust her with my Mozzy and Bo.
