About: I've had pets since I was a child and I've always loved them like they were my children. Now I watch my children love our pets! We enjoy having pets in our home to cuddle with, play with and spoil! I am a school teacher with summers off. I am home with my two children from the end of May to the beginning of August. When pets are in our home they are shown louds of attention and love. They have regular potty breaks and have a big fenced in yard to play in.

“Tyler did an excellent job taking care of our 3 dogs' individual need at our home while we were gone on a much needed vacation. He gave medicine to our senior dog who is blind and helped our dogs through their separation anxiety in our absence. He even sent us pics.”

About: Animals are my greatest passion. I have 4 years under my belt of experience watching dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I am very good at ensuring all dogs are fed, hydrated, use the bathroom, and are played with often to ensure they aren’t bored. Alongside this, I take things such as medication, any health conditions, and the personal comforts of your animals very seriously. I have the most experience with small to medium sized dogs, but I am open to caring for large dogs as well. As I’m naturally an early bird, I tend to wake up at 7:00 - 7:30. I have had to wake up even earlier to head over to my neighbor’s house feed and care for dogs while they’re away. I prefer walking dogs twice a day unless the owner says otherwise. One walk in the morning and one in the evening. As for cats, I will usually scoop at least once every day, every morning. Though I may scoop even more if they go more often. Since I don’t have my own car yet, I can only uber, walk, or have my mother drive me to people’s houses. Because of this I prefer house sitting, often for days at a time because I don’t have to go back and forth from one place to another.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was very young. From hamsters, rabbits and cats to dogs, goats and horses. I promise to care for your fur babies as well as you do 🥰 I am currently partially retired so I have plenty of time, day or night, to help others care for their fur babies. What better way to spend my time 🤗 I currently have 2 aging cats who are “indoor” cats. They do go out back once in a while, but they never leave the patio. They love just sitting outside in the sunshine watching the birds. Our dog stays in the house at night and when we are away, but loves to play ball outside. Our fur babies are family.

About: I have always had a passion for all types of animals all of my life. I have owned many in my lifetime from small to big and of course a cat lover too! In my younger years I owned and operated a pet sitting service for 10 years, which I enjoyed tremendously! I then expanded to owning and operating natural pet food stores for 16 years. Recently I have sold my business and moved to Texas being with family and now looking forward to be of service to you and your pets! I am new to Rover but my knowledge and experience in pet care is vast and wide. I have worked with many holistic vets through the years and happy to share my knowledge if you are looking for that. I am also experienced in administering medications and insulin for dogs and cats. I am also well versed in puppies, kittens and senior pet care. If your pet requires great exercise I walk 8 miles a day and love walking and know how to get their wiggles out so you can rest assured a happy dog when you come back home! I strive in clear communication while you are away on the care & safety of your pets and home while you are away. I look forward to the opportunity to caring for your pets when you can't be there. I have a very open schedule and I am available any day of the week and times that work with the schedule of you & your pets. Safety is the number one. I will go over details with you prior to make sure your pets and home are in safe keeping, so I know where your dog or cat is typically located/kept in or out of the home and all doors and fences are always secure. It is a detail that I am very particular about!

I was nervous to leave a 15 week old toy poodle at home but there was no reason to worry. We came home and she had gained some weight and grown noticeably. Both our little girls were happy and seemed to have a great time. They were comfortable with Lauren and that is everything!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have also sat pets for many years for my friends and neighbors. I volunteer at animal rescues so I am very familiar with rescue animals and accommodations they may need. I love any and all animals. I recently started working with cats at my rescue and am willing to learn more about them. I am recently home from college for the summer. I have a full-time seasonal job so pet care fits into my routine during evenings and overnight, Sunday and Monday (I do not work those days). Evenings/overnight, Sunday, and Monday I can do walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. When caring for pets in a clients home, I follow their normal routine as consistently as possible. I make sure they have water, food on time, bathroom breaks, playtime/exercise, and lots of love. For walks I pay attention to how the dog behaves and set my pace, energy, and length of walk to best fit them. For drop-ins and house sitting I make sure the pet gets playtime, basic care, and companionship based on their routine. I have experience with everyday pet care and have also bathed dogs I have cared for when needed. I aim to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owner is away.
