About: Having a deep passion for dogs throughout my life and a proven track record of integrity and reliability in the business world, I possess the skills and dedication needed to ensure a safe dog walking experience. My unique selling points include owning and caring for ten dogs of various breeds throughout my life, and a recent decision to change careers after thirty-five years in human resources. This career change is driven by my desire to work with animals and be outdoors. My reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills make me a trustworthy and responsible dog walker. I currently own a senior Bichon Frise. He is happy and living his best life. He requires help downstairs and enjoys strolls. We spend quality time sitting outside and enjoying our beautiful Pacific Northwest weather. Safety and trust are paramount for me in caring for my dog. He is thirteen years old, and maintaining his youthful demeanor is essential to me. I do this through gentle play time with his toys, fenced yard, and ensuring he eats a healthy diet with regular veterinary visits. I will put forth the same level of effort towards safety and trust with your dog(s).

About: I previously owned a German Shepard and mallinois mix and currently own a GS. I love having my very active pup but also love when he's a couch potato. I have experience with reactive breeds and behaviors and know how to safely accommodate for those behaviors. Currently, I am waiting for a professional license to process so I have loads of availability. After that processes, I'll be available mostly on weekends I know how to crate dogs and am very active myself so getting your pup's energy out won't be a problem! If your pup is protective around certain things/food, I'm happy to learn the safe way of navigating that.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and cats for the past 3. I grew up with big dogs, so I’m confident handling larger breeds and high-energy pups. I started out walking dogs and pet sitting for my whole neighborhood, and it quickly became something I truly loved. I’ve also cared for rabbits and other small animals. I’m comfortable giving oral meds, keeping to feeding and potty schedules, and adjusting to each pet’s needs, whether that’s playtime, long walks, or quiet companionship. My calm and consistent approach helps even shy pets feel safe and cared for. I have a very flexible work schedule, so I can check in on your pets whenever! I am very active, so I can accommodate any walking schedule your pet may need, and I have a car, so I can easily get to your place! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m sitting in your home or stopping by for a drop-in, I make sure your pet stays in their familiar environment, feels calm, and gets the attention they need. I always follow your care instructions closely, including feeding routines, medications, walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family, so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands while you’re away.

About: I’ve helped friends and neighbors care for their cats and dogs through drop-in visits. I always take time to play and ensure they are calm and cared for while their owners are away. I’m a part time student studying an online master program. I’m available in most weekday mornings and evenings for drop-in visits and walks. Weekend visits are possible with advance notice. I always follow care instructions closely and treat every pet with kindness and respect. I make sure that pets feel secure, relaxed and cared for.

“Cathleen was great! Immediately picked up on our pets’ preferences (eg, Dottie wanting unlimited snacks) and was very communicative. We hope she can hang out with them again soon!”

“If my cat can write a review, this is what he would write. "I had a great time with Liz while my mom was on vacation. I had yummy treats, fun play time, and got lots of love from her! I'm usually shy with new people but I instantly knew I can trust her. I look forward to her visiting me again!"”

About: I’ve always had a dog in my family, and I took care of my own dog for 15 yrs until he passed away last year. I can’t have dogs at my apartment and I love walking. It’s just better with a friend; your pup :) I understand dog behavior from years of taking care of them for friends and family, and I always adhere to the rules of food intake, special medical needs, and general care. I have a disability, but it does not stop me from getting out and going for a nice long walk. I’d love to take a dog along on my adventures. I also have plenty of time to check in on them daily. I treat the animals I care for with respect and common sense. If they are reactive and can’t be around other dogs, I have experience there. If they are aged and need extra help, I’ve done that too. I treat the house I visit with care and respect as well.

“Lindsey is an incredibly loving and responsible caregiver. She has been instrumental in helping me out with my new Boston Terrier rescue who came from a neglectful home, has leash reactivity, and is working through some anxiety triggers, so she's not the easiest dog to watch over. Lindsey quickly bonded with my dog and I trust her to take her on walks and dogsit her at my apartment which happens weekly. She loves dogs, taking walks, and hanging out with pups and I highly recommend her for your doggies!”

“Jonathan is an excellent and attentive pet sitter for our beloved dog. She is a Husky German Shepard mix with a unique personality that requires a little extra attention. Jonathan does a great job of following her four times a day feeding schedule and giving her treats and love to help a picky eater finish her frequent meals. He also runs, which is helpful for those days she needs to burn off some Husky energy. We never worry about our dog in Jonathan's hands. Highly recommend!”

“My sister has watched my cat Louie several times while I’ve been out of town for work or on vacation, and she’s always been incredibly reliable and caring. Louie can be a bit shy, but he’s super comfortable with her — I can tell he feels safe and well taken care of. She gives me updates while I’m away, keeps everything tidy, and follows any instructions I leave without missing a beat. It’s such a relief knowing Louie is in good hands when I’m gone.
