About: I was at a daycare place for 2 years then decided to start my career as a veterinary assistant! I’m happy to watch your furry family while you’re away 💕 I’m available all day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, including overnight stays. During the week, I’m available for overnight stays as well as visits before and after work. If you’re located near my workplace, I can also stop by during my lunch break, with the possibility of making up to 3–5 visits per day if needed. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and create a schedule that best fits their needs. About: I'm currently a Pre-Veterinary student at University of New Hampshire and currently work at a local veterinary clinic. As a veterinary assistant I have gained experience with animal handling and care. I am also Fear Free Certified and know had to adequately prevent fear, anxiety, and stress in both cats and dogs. I have previously worked at a training facility and am familiar with certain signals and behaviors that animals demonstrate to express themselves. I have owned cats and dogs my entire life and have been exposed to many types of breeds, species, and seen interesting cases regarding animal health. When I'm not at school I take care of my two dogs and cats at home. Furthermore, I work part-time at a veterinary clinic at school and at home so I am constantly surrounded by animals and have exposure to many cases. I previously owned a diabetic cat and learned how to administer insulin shots and monitor her glucose levels multiple times a day. I feed and water my animals in my home at least twice a day, snacks are often provided as well. I walk my dogs as much as necessary (typically twice a day). I always play with my cats and dogs. I have a kitten who loves playing fetch with toy mice and a 5 year old dog who enjoys hiking trips and swimming. The two dogs get groomed when needed but I brush them consistently in between grooms. Finally, I am responsible when it comes to my animals' health and notice any changes in behavior or appearance almost immediately. I find it important to keep them up to date with vaccines and any other medications they need.

About: I love being with animals and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, jumping spiders, and lizards. I enjoy learning each animal’s personality and making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I am a student who goes to college out of state but is home for the month of January and is also working part time. Since losing a dog of my own I figured this would be a great opportunity to help others with their pets and still have a great time with animals. I do have a fenced in yard if I take dogs into my home but in other peoples homes, listening to the guardian is most important to me on how they coexist with their pet and respecting that.
