About: Dogs have been apart of my life since day one, they are seriously the best companions. I have trained a few dogs, including my own lab who I got at 7 months as well as cared for senior dogs such as my childhood pup who got up to 14! Im free at some point and time every day! I can check up on dogs, take them for walks and have dogs stay with me overnight any day of the week. I care for pets just how they need to be cared for. I love clear communication with owners so I can completely understand the doggos needs and care for them best. I will update owners all throughout the time I am watching their furry friend.

About: Caring for animals with compassion and understanding has always come natural to me! I have been dog sitting for friends and family for over 7 years and I have been a volunteer dog walker at the NHSPCA for 3 years. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your pet. I have a senior dog, Eddie, and experience caring for senior dogs at the NHSPCA. I also have a reactive dog, Thor, and experience caring for reactive dogs at the NHSPCA. When I come to take care of, play with, or walk your dogs, I will dedicate my time to loving them. I'm comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. What you can expect: I learn each animal's routine rather than applying one approach to every pet. I send daily photo updates. I'm naturally tidy and leave homes clean and calm, and I'm glad to look after plants or a garden while I'm there. A few practical notes, so we can both tell early whether it's a good fit: 1. Meet & greet before every first booking. I require a video call or an in-person visit so we can both assess fit. You get to meet me and ask whatever you need to; I get to meet your pet and see the space. Until we've had that conversation, please treat my response as interest rather than a confirmed booking, and keep your other options open. I won't accept a booking before a meet and greet for house sitting. 2. Weekday availability. I see clients on video Monday through Friday, 10a–4p. I work from home with structured hours, which allows me to be available for walks, feeding, medication schedules, playtime, and companionship at certain times of the day, roughly every 3-4 hours. About: I graduated from college with a degree in Veterinary Technology. I currently work at vet hospital in Maine. I have been with animals all my life. And have two of my own. I work full time so during the week days afternoon potty time will be hard but if they can handle over 6+ hours of being alone then it will work perfectly. I would care for your animal at your house so it will be easier on your animal and not be anxious when at a new place. I will give them lots of cuddles and love. I treat them like they are my own. We will play all sorts of games too.

My grandparents also owned and lived on a horse farm (I spent way more time there than my own home my entire childhood and I moved in to the farm when I was 15 until I moved in to my own place) As soon as I had my first apartment, the first thing my now-husband and I did was go get a pet(or three)! And then when we bought our first home, we added more cats (including a lynx!) ! My husband also has a passion for animals, as well as my 14 year old son, and our 2 toddlers! We have three beautiful cats and a bearded dragon as well! And a HUGE fenced in yard that will provide a safe space for your pup(s) to play! I am able to help you train your puppy, walk your older dog, help out with training of adult dogs or anything there in between. Cat care is also something I can do! I throughly enjoy any time that I spend with animals or taking care of others (or animals), and this job is the best of both worlds! My passion for helping people and my love for animals is showcased when I help others with their beloved pets. I currently am back in school full-time (from home) and I run 2 small businesses from home in which I can choose my schedule so I really am available the majority of the time to give your pet the love & care they need! Animals and helping people are truly my passion so my schedule is super flexible when it comes to the things that I love! I have a fenced in and flat yard thats about 2/3 of an acre and two super loving dogs here! My Aussie is 1.5 years old and my lab/hound mix is 2.5 years old! We always have a plentiful amount of toys and can be accommodating to most any of your needs, or your pets! If your dog needs to be crated, that's also an option here as well! When the warmer weather approaches, we are outside the majority of the days so your pup will get plenty of exercise and play time! Puppies will have room to explore and play in a safe environment! Fences are regularly checked to make sure theres no digging holes around (We know some dogs like to dig!!) and pets will always be supervised.
