“Tati is an excellent dog walker! She's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about dogs, and—most importantly—genuinely kind. 😃 I always feel confident knowing my pup is in such caring and capable hands!”

“Krista is amazing! We needed someone patient and trustworthy to come over and wake up our dogs, take them potty, feed them, and play with them. We have a blind dog and a deaf dog, and she took her time and ensured that they were comfortable with her! She went above and beyond and we are definitely doing to book with her again!”

About: I recently lost my Lucy. She was an amazing rescue dog and I was lucky to be her mom for 13 years so I know a lot about dogs. My dog wasn’t friendly so I understand being cautious around other pups. I have been a dog lover since I was a kid. My dad was friends with the “dog catcher” back in the day and I’d live to visit him and always try to make my dad let me take them all Home! I currently work part time and can be pretty flexible. I recently had to out my dog down and I’m not ready for another but would live to spend time with yours and live them like my own! I would love to walk, play with and care for your dog. I love dogs and think they are all special in their own way. I understand that they are so so important!!!
About: I have had pets (a dog and a cat) since I was about 7 years old, so I have a lot of experience caring for both types of animals. I also walked dogs throughout college and have my own kitty :) I have pretty open availability right now, however that may change over the next few weeks — I do my best to keep my Rover calendar as updated as possible. I try to go for a walk or run or do some type of outdoor activity every day — I would love to take your pet along with me if that’s something they would like and you would be ok with. I won’t be keeping pets in my home for various reasons, however when in your home I will be sure to be respectful and follow all rules/guidelines that are set out.
About: Besides owning a cat for most of my life with special medical needs, and petsitting for neighbors with 2 cats and a dog, I also have an education background in Zoology & Animal Behavior! This makes me a great fit with all kinds of pets, and shows you my dedication to the creatures we love. Although I have no formal education in dog training, I worked in a facility that trained dogs, and my lovely coworkers there passed me some valuable knowledge that has deepened my understanding (and love!) of dogs. I'm currently working part-time, which leaves me pretty flexible for sitting as long as I have plenty of notice! However, I do reserve Saturdays for time with my friends & family. Otherwise, the sky's the limit! I can easily and safely crate animals as needed, with professional experience in this area. In case of any kind of accidents, pet parents will always be notified immediately, and the area will be cleaned as necessary. I take the safety & cleanliness of your pets just as seriously as their enjoyment of their time with me.

“Katie was a wonderful dog sitter/walker! She was very flexible and accommodating and came by to say hello before her first walk with Zoe so they could meet face to face. One of her walks was on a rainy day, which Zoe hates, so Katie was willing to just let Zoe out to do her business and kept her company inside for a while :)”

“Gavin did an excellent job with drop-in visits for our dog! He brought her on neighborhood walks each time, ensured she had fresh water, and fed her meals as scheduled. He followed all instructions as far as returning her to her crate, making sure house doors were locked, etc.! Gavin was reliable, kind, and on schedule. We would definitely book with him again!”

North Hampton dog parents share their Rover experiences
I cannot say enough good things about Krista... She walked our Bernese Mountain Dog multiple times while we were away and he was staying with my elderly parents. Krista communicated excellently with both me and my mom, and kept us up to date with texts and pictures on how each of the walks went. Our dog loves to walk off leash in the woods, and Krista worked up to that with him and had his utmost respect and confidence, as well as ours! We hope to be booking more walks with her in the future.
