About: I am a kind and caring person to all animals. I’ve housesat and taken care of neighbors dogs and cats when they were away. I have experience with heat-sensitive pets so I have experience gauging pets’ comfort level in relation to outside weather. I'm free mostly anytime, I’m extremely responsible and will take careful and loving care of all animals that I take care of through rover. I’ve always loved animals and rover is a great opportunity to earn money while having fun. Dogs would get my undivided attention during walks and other services. What sets me apart from other sitters and walkers is that I truly love animals and I have time to give them the care they need. Thank you for the consideration! I currently work remote so I am flexible in regards to when a pet needs care at any time. I also have availability on the weekends. I have ample space for pets to enjoy and run around. I live in a friendly neighborhood with minimal car traffic for walks. Open backyard as well.
“Although Sven's stay was cut short, he had a great time. I had a tired and happy pup when we got home. I loved getting all the pictures and videos throughout the day. I look forward to bringing Sven back for another stay.”

“Jude was amazing with our little Minnie. He met and welcomed her in the driveway and he allowed her time to get adjusted to her new environment. Minnie spent 3 nights at Jude which we were very nervous about as we have never did in home boarding. Jude provided updates and pictures throughout her stay. Jude has an amazing home and large yard. He is nurturing and caring to all of Minnie”s needs. I highly recommend him for an overnight/boarding stay. Tracy”

“I can’t even really begin to say how wonderful Nicole was in watching our King Charles cavalier puppy. He is still a puppy and can be very attention seeking. And Harley was so happy and content spending time with Nicole in her wonderfully dog friendly home. We had a weekend away for medical reasons of a family member and the photos and videos of Harley were incredibly reassuring so we could be attentive to our family member while knowing our puppy was well taken care of. He didn’t want to leave. We owe many thanks to Nicole for taking Harley in and treating him like one of her own. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s the best! ❤️.”

About: I’m a newly retired teacher and former principal that loves my doggies! Over the years, I’ve had so much love from my very special friends. Would love to give and get some loves from your treasured family member. I literally live in the middle of Stratham Hill Park and I love to walk. Only one “little guy” at a time…🥰 I’m loving my retirement and have lots of time and love to give. I have some scheduled exercise classes in the mornings but always home by 10:30. I’ve had so many dogs over the years. Routine visits to the vet are mandatory and walking, playing, and interacting with my friends are essential. I’m also very familiar with dogs with anxiety. One needs to approach this in a calm and careful way and watch the signs for anxiety coming on and be able to respond with love and kindness. Living right in the middle of Stratham Hill Park, I have easy access to the walking trails. Because I don’t know your dog, they will never be off leash but will be outside often during the day!! I love to walk. 🥰 I have a lovely crate IF your dog prefers this quiet space, but I will not be crating unless you ask me to. Typically my 11 year old grandson will come by after school to snuggle, play and go for a walk with me and your pup!
“Cecilia was awesome. I was able to book on super short notice and she took such good care of my boy with lots of activities, a bath, and photos for me! Highly recommend!”

“Fabulous!!!! Kate has been awesome these past few days with our sweet little guy Otto! She was very attentive to him since he is going blind due to a tumor. She gave him many snuggles, walks, and kept us up to date on what he was doing each day, many times! Really appreciated Kate and highly recommend her!!!!”
About: I love all types of animals! I have a degree in Veterinary Technology and have worked in veterinary offices (regular as well as emergency), a wildlife center, and a pet shop (Pet Emporium on Woodbury Ave). While I now work from home for a software company, my love of pets remains. I work from home and have a very flexible work schedule. I can work from your house or just pop over for visits as needed. I carry my own professional pet-sitting insurance, which covers both your pet and your home while they're in my care. I understand everyone has their own way of doing things when it comes to their pets. Just let me know the preferences and routine, and we can keep things as regular as possible while you are not able to be there. Please note: My Constant Care rate is $250 per day. Care is considered “Constant Care” if the pet(s) cannot be left alone for up to 4 hours at a time.
“Our pup Lucy had the best time with Adelle. She went on plenty of walks and tons of play. Adelle was very responsive and easy to coordinate with and gave plenty of updates and photos! Lucy can't wait to stay with Adelle again!”

“What a wonderful visit my Timmy had with Donna! It was his first visit with her and there will be plenty more to come. She is a very caring, loving woman who goes out of her way to make sure her visitors are comfortable, happy and safe!”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 18 and and now have a dog of my own. His name is Finley and he is an Australian Shepard of 2 years. From taking him on hikes, to the dog park, out to Boston for the day, or spending a day on the lake we love spending most of our time with him. Finely is super friendly and would love to have a friend to play with throughout the week if your pup would love company. I work from home so it will not be a problem to take your pup for the day. We do require that they are potty trained and get along with other dogs. I have a ton of grass areas in my complex and take Finley out 5-6 times a day for walks and to go play ball. He would love to have some company. If you think this good be a good fit please don’t hesitate to reach out.
“Caroline and her husband are pawfect dogsitters. They take good care of my dog. It's her 4th time with them. She knows them and is comfortable at their home. It put me at peace and I can trust them with my dog.”

“Michelle was amazing for our Frenchie Cooper. Sent lots of pictures and followed all his routines. You can tell she really cares for dogs she watches just like her own. Will definitely be using Michelle again soon!”

“Denise was wonderful. My dog is very timid with new people and he felt comfortable with Denise and her two sweet small dogs immediately. Really, it was a perfect fit. Denise was welcoming and communicative throughout. So happy to have met her!”

“We've booked stays with Kris twice now for our 12 year old pup. I will admit, I was quite nervous the first time because we'd only ever had family or close friends watch Hudson in the past, and now that he's 12, we just weren't sure how he'd do with new people and dogs. Upon meeting Kris and her husband, my worries melted away. She has a kind demeanor and has a couple of sweet, older pups herself! She is very communicative and kept us updated on how Hudson was doing during his stay. She goes above and beyond to care for the dogs she watches and for that I'm so grateful!! Highly recommend :)”

Kelsey was very accommodating of my dog Nemo, who isn't always a fan of other dogs, so she made sure he was the only dog staying with her at the time! She was very communicative as well and sent many photos, which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend Kelsey to care for your pets while you are away!

Diamond was absolutely amazing with our dog, and we truly could not have asked for a better sitter. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in loving, caring, and responsible hands. She went above and beyond with updates, attention, and genuine care, and it was clear our dog was happy, comfortable, and well-loved the entire time. What really stood out was her kindness, patience, and professionalism. She treated our dog like family, and that means everything to us. Coming home to a happy, relaxed pup says it all. We are beyond grateful for Diamond and would trust her again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and truly wonderful with animals, Diamond is the one. We would absolutely love to book with her again in the future!

This was our first time boarding with Alyssa and her family. I could tell from our initial meet-and-greet that our golden would love his time with them -- and he did! During his stay, Alyssa checked in on things she wasn't sure about and sent pictures and videos of his walks, snuggles with family, and trips to parks. I could tell our boy was a happy camper! Being assured he was in good hands made it a lot easier to enjoy our time away. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook!
They took great care of my little Maya for two weeks, accepting the booking mere days before my trip. They were pleasant, professional, and provided many updates that all reflected my happy, and comfortable little girl. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook with them again in the future. Thank you!

Mack and Dennis had their very first Rover sleep-away with James, and they were welcomed with open arms by his whole family. Everyone was so sweet and hospitable, and his little girl gave them plenty of cuddles, which they absolutely loved. James was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive, flexible, and genuinely accommodating. I felt completely at ease knowing my boys were in such a warm, caring home. I would absolutely recommend James to anyone looking for a trustworthy, family-oriented sitter. We will happily book with him again.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
