About: I love to make sure your babies are happy, safe and comfortable so that you can enjoy your time away without worry. I’m a teacher/social worker by trade, so I’m patient, kind and caring. Special needs or requests are not an issue. My consistent communication and caring for your pets as my own is what makes me your best choice! I’m a social worker, so I’m off on weekends routinely, which coincides with families wanting time away. Occasionally available weeknights for walks or drop ins. Weekends are more flexible, and I’m usually more available. I generally prefer boarding in my home and my routine is planned around your babies. Their needs are my priority! Happy to provide care in my home for dogs on weekends. Walking trails and small yard. Other dogs are plentiful here, but-I will always keep your dog leashed at all times. I’m not against an occasional pup cup trip but have also respected meat-based, gluten free and hypoallergenic diets as well. Only one dog (family) at a time.

About: I am a nurse practitioner with extensive professional caregiving experience and have had dogs my entire life. It is a gift to be a pet owner. Pets bring us so much joy and in return we get to give that joy back to them! I’m comfortable carefully following feeding schedules, routines and detailed care instructions, as well as administering routine medications. I would be the primary caregiver. One picture here is of my 15-year-old son Matthew who was at home. Also another friend in one of the pictures who visit often. I work part-time currently. I enjoy being at home with our dog and two cats! Most days I’m at home . If I am needed to work outside the house, I would not be away from home for over 6 hours. One Household at a Time — Personalized In-Home Boarding 🐾 I offer personalized overnight boarding in my home for dogs and cats who do best in a comfortable, relaxed home environment. What makes my boarding different is that I accept pets from only one visiting household at a time. Your pet won’t be one of several unrelated animals being boarded together. This allows me to provide focused, individualized care and plenty of attention, affection, playtime and companionship throughout their stay. For dogs: I have a friendly Golden Retriever and two cats of my own, so visiting dogs must be reliably cat-friendly and comfortable living around cats. I prefer a meet-and-greet before the first stay to make sure your dog is comfortable in our home and is a good fit with our resident pets. For cats: I welcome cats as well and provide a quiet, comfortable space where they can settle in at their own pace. I accept only one visiting cat at a time, or multiple cats from the same household, allowing me to provide a calm environment and plenty of individual attention. About: New to Rover but not new to caring for animals! I grew up on a farm with lots of animals - dogs, cats, goats, horses, rabbits, chickens, pigs... I've also informally pet sat for friends and neighbors with dogs and/or cats in the past. I've been a cat mom in the past, but I don't have a pet of my own right now. For dog walking, my work from home job allows me some flexibility to stop by and take your pup for a stroll! I can do earlier mornings, a lunch time walk on some days, and evening walks after 5pm. For doggy daycare, I work from home full time at a desk job - if my day is "busy" it just means I had a few more zoom calls than usual. I would absolutely be able to take time to provide potty breaks and maybe a walk around the neighborhood when the weather is good. I live on a main street in town, but there's also a nice quiet neighborhood right behind me with minimal traffic, perfect for a quick walk. I do travel three or four times a year for my job, generally for 3-5 days each time, but I'd be able to give you at least a couple of months advanced notice for those trips - they are never last minute! For doggy daycare, I don't smoke and I have plenty of space for your pup to hang out during the day so they don't feel cooped up - including a wrap around enclosed porch that I can keep secure, and a tall privacy-fenced back yard/garden area. While the yard is fenced, I do get birds and other critters roaming through, and I have a flower garden that could have some toxic plants for over-curious dogs. Because of that, I would not to leave them alone outside, but take those breaks with them. My house does have a fairly steep flight of stairs, so a dog without joint pain or struggles going up and down multiple times a day would be most comfortable. I do have lots of houseplants and some could be toxic - so again, if your dog tends to be curious and take a bite out of plants, I may not be the best fit for you.

About: I’m a newly retired teacher and former principal that loves my doggies! Over the years, I’ve had so much love from my very special friends. Would love to give and get some loves from your treasured family member. I literally live in the middle of Stratham Hill Park and I love to walk. Only one “little guy” at a time…🥰 I’m loving my retirement and have lots of time and love to give. I have some scheduled exercise classes in the mornings but always home by 10:30. I’ve had so many dogs over the years. Routine visits to the vet are mandatory and walking, playing, and interacting with my friends are essential. I’m also very familiar with dogs with anxiety. One needs to approach this in a calm and careful way and watch the signs for anxiety coming on and be able to respond with love and kindness. Living right in the middle of Stratham Hill Park, I have easy access to the walking trails. Because I don’t know your dog, they will never be off leash but will be outside often during the day!! I love to walk. 🥰 I have a lovely crate IF your dog prefers this quiet space, but I will not be crating unless you ask me to. Typically my 11 year old grandson will come by after school to snuggle, play and go for a walk with me and your pup!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, and everything in between. I’m patient, gentle, and I treat every dog like they’re part of my family. I’m available for pet care Sundays through Tuesdays. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of free time those days to give your pup the attention they deserve! Whether it’s boarding, drop-ins, or just playtime and walks, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I have a fenced-in yard and a friendly dog that love meeting new friends. Your pup will have a safe, loving space to stay in. I can easily crate your dog if needed and always make sure they’re comfortable and cared for like one of my own.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 18 and and now have a dog of my own. His name is Finley and he is an Australian Shepard of 2 years. From taking him on hikes, to the dog park, out to Boston for the day, or spending a day on the lake we love spending most of our time with him. Finely is super friendly and would love to have a friend to play with throughout the week if your pup would love company. I work from home so it will not be a problem to take your pup for the day. We do require that they are potty trained and get along with other dogs. I have a ton of grass areas in my complex and take Finley out 5-6 times a day for walks and to go play ball. He would love to have some company. If you think this good be a good fit please don’t hesitate to reach out.

About: I have had years of experience with other peoples pets, and primarily my own. I have taken care of my own Dogs, cats, snakes, hamsters, horses, and fish over the years. I’ve grown up with puppies, and currently have my own 2 kittens, and also have had elderly dogs, cats, and horses before. I have always adored animals, and have always been an important part in my life so I would love to make more furry friends with your pets:) I currently am enrolled in school at The University of New Hampshire. My schedule is super open this semester since I took summer classes so my work load would be easier. In home care : I would make sure to send client photos if l was boarding their pet at my apartment, and make sure I follow the exact instructions given. When other people watch my pets , there’s always the anxiety of making sure they are treated well, and taken care of. Clients home: if I took care of the clients pets, I would make sure that I followed all the rules given and more. I understand it can be uncomfortable for a stranger to be in your house, so trust and reassurance everything is safe it’s important as a pet and home owner
