“I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I met Hannah and her husband, it was clear they have a true love for animals. Hannah is reliable, and went above and beyond in taking care of my dog, Reggie. Throughout the multiple times they watched my dog, they kept me updated with pictures and messages, which made me feel at ease.”

“Diana was absolutely amazing with Nash! I can’t wait to use her services again! Nash went on plenty of walks her property is a dogs heaven. She sent so many pictures and updates! Truly the best possible experience!”

About: I bring advanced handling experience rooted in a family history of breeding and training German Shepherds. My co-host is my 9.5-year-old female GSD; she is exceptionally well-trained, gentle, and fantastic with friendly dogs of all sizes. Your dog will get premier care, plenty of exercise, and a stable, balanced environment. I own my own company and work from home. Pet care is something that happens between clients and as the dogs need. Since getting Sia, working from home was a critical requirement to give her the attention she needed to succeed. That has blossomed into a fantastic environment where you can be sure that your dog will receive supervised playtime, time in a yard, and a swift response to any potential issues. I have a back yard where the dogs are allowed to run free, if your furry friend is comfortable and responsible off leash. Sia, my 9.5 year old GSD, helps to keep friends close. I also routinely walk at Gleason Pond and bring the dogs there daily. I am comfortable with medical protocols and am practiced at giving advanced care as needed. I always approach care and supervision from the perspective of “setting the dog up for success” and do my best to make sure they’re happy, well fed, and comfortable.
“Kelsey was very accommodating of my dog Nemo, who isn't always a fan of other dogs, so she made sure he was the only dog staying with her at the time! She was very communicative as well and sent many photos, which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend Kelsey to care for your pets while you are away!”

“Excellent and reliable. I got stuck in another state for an extra day due to a flight cancellation, and she was so helpful with watching my dog extra and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Used her services multiple times and always satisfied!”

“Very helpful with a last minute booking and was super quick to respond. Sent pictures throughout Harley’s stay at his home, and she was very happy and comfortable with him!”

“We can't say enough good things about our experience. Emma was a delight. She made Tuckie a part of their family. This was our first experience with leaving Tuckie and Emma put us right at ease along witb tuckie who went with her withkut issues. She was extremely accommodating and professional. Tuckie looks forward to his next adventure. We would definitely recommend Emma's services.”

“I am so glad and grateful that Shana and Dylan watched my pup this week. I could not have asked for anyone better!! I adopted my dog less than two weeks ago and - still getting to know her - had a trip planned and needed to board her for 5 days. I was hoping for someone to treat my dog like their own and Shana and Dylan did just that. In fact, they went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for - letting her snuggle with them at night, sending me frequent updates and pup pics, going out of their way to pick up beef and rice and cook it for my girl when her stool was soft, and packing the rest to go when I picked her up. Their dog Cleo is a sweetheart, and joined in on the doggy snuggles. I know if I ever need a sitter again I’ll be reaching out to Shana.”

“Our pup Lucy had the best time with Adelle. She went on plenty of walks and tons of play. Adelle was very responsive and easy to coordinate with and gave plenty of updates and photos! Lucy can't wait to stay with Adelle again!”

“Austin & Francis took wonderful care of our 11 1/2 lab! They kept us posted constantly with photos and eased any worries we had, especially with this being our first time using the site and not a trusted family or friend. I’m so thankful for their communication and incredible care of our pup! I highly recommend them ♥️”

About: I'm an animal lover and have grown up with all types of animals. I have been trusted taking care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for many years. My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.

“Kimberly is the best! I cannot recommend her highly enough to care for your fur baby. My dog, Venita, struggles with separation anxiety whenever my wife and I are away, but Kimberly’s warmth and patience helped her immediately feel right at home. They bonded so quickly that it put our minds at ease right from the start. Kimberly went above and beyond to keep us updated - sending us updates throughout the day and plenty of pictures. We could tell that our doggie was feeling right at home and at peace. Not only did she take amazing care of Venita, but she also completely alleviated all our worries so we didn't have to worry about our dog. Kimberly was reliable, compassionate, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be booking with Kimberly again in the future. Thank you so much, Kimberly - you’re the best!”

“Betsy was great! We left our small dog Guppy with her overnight, and she had a great time. Betsy was very responsive and took great care of our dog, we definitely plan to work with her again.”

About: Hi and thanks for considering me to take care of your dog (s)! I may not have years of experience in owning a dog, (just got our 1st puppy last year!) but I am a huge lover of animals and have years of experience in taking care of them. I'm the girl who stocks up on treats for when my coworkers bring their dogs to work! I'm the girl who cant walk past a dog on a trail without wanting to stop and pet the dogs. I am loving, caring, and will spoil your fur baby with lots of playtime, love, and a fun run or walks! Let's talk about you and your dog's needs! I do work full time from 9-5pm Monday through Friday, with most weekends off, But I can check in on your babies before or after work, if it's just drop ins, or schedule walks. We do live in a nice quiet and low traffic safe neighborhood with plenty of trails around to walk your dog, and I will always abide and follow any special instructions you may have with the utmost care and respect, so that he or she, and YOU, will be happy.
“Diamond took such great care of our dog Maple! He's sometimes a little anxious but he was completely at home there. Diamond sent frequent photo updates and even took him to work with her. We'll definitely be dropping him off here again the next time we go away.”

“Cali had a great time at Katelyn’s and was nice and worn out when we picked her up. Katelyn has great communication and was willing to accommodate our last minute booking request, which we really appreciated!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 18 and and now have a dog of my own. His name is Finley and he is an Australian Shepard of 2 years. From taking him on hikes, to the dog park, out to Boston for the day, or spending a day on the lake we love spending most of our time with him. Finely is super friendly and would love to have a friend to play with throughout the week if your pup would love company. I work from home so it will not be a problem to take your pup for the day. We do require that they are potty trained and get along with other dogs. I have a ton of grass areas in my complex and take Finley out 5-6 times a day for walks and to go play ball. He would love to have some company. If you think this good be a good fit please don’t hesitate to reach out.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
