About: Pets (and their people!) can sense my reliability, warmth, and attention to detail right away. I think it's because I'm a natural "pet magnet" - peaceful & present with animals of all kinds. I never cut corners when it comes to pet care or comfort. Whether it's extra snuggles, sticking to a precise routine, or noticing small changes in behavior, I bring a watchful eye and a caring heart to every visit. At home, I have hands-on experience with a variety of dogs. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, from toy breeds to large companions. I’ve also cared for cats, fish, and birds for years, so you can call on me for a wide range of companion animal needs. The safety, happiness, and well-being of your pets are my top priorities. I am ever-mindful of how much they mean to you, and that informs the care I provide. I have lots of flexibility with scheduling at this time. Just as long as another owner hasn't booked me already, I am available seven days a week. I will follow your instructions for how you keep your pets in your home. Feeding routines, potty routines, play-time and walks, whether or not they're allowed on furniture - you call the shots!

About: I've always had a natural connection with dogs since childhood. Dogs have always gravitated to my calm energy and ability to sense their needs. Your dog will not just be taken care of but will feel safe like they're spending time with an old friend. Retired computer nerd and musician available for dog walking and house visits most days of the week. Some dogs are welcome in our home with fenced in yard and 5 y.o. yellow lab Norma for playtime and companionship. My wife and I live in a wooded area in York with a large fenced in back yard. We are both retired and home most of the day to keep an eye on the pups. I am available for long or short visits to your home for dog walks and exercise to suite your needs. About: Over the past 35 years, we've had three dogs who lived to 13, 14 and 15 years. We are very familiar with older dogs as well as young dogs and enjoy playing with dogs. After the loss of our last dog, Lucy, we decided to take a break from having another dog as we were empty nesters. We love dogs and were encouraged by our grown children to try Rover. We live on a quiet street near the York Harbor Beach and our house is far from the road with woods all around us. I am a regular daily walker and would love to have a dog to walk with me on occasion. I am familiar with the regulations on leashes, beach hours and waste bags. We are generally home on the days we accept pet sitting to take care of any visiting dogs. We became pet sitters because we enjoy hanging out with dogs. We have a large backyard surrounded by woods far from roads as well as a home that is dog friendly. We live about 2/3 mile from a quiet beach and it is a perfect walk for most dogs.

I've always gravitated towards animals; I was that kid who brought home any animal that crossed my path, feeding strays, foresting. Growing up in a home where the pet to human ratio always favored pets, pet sitting is second nature to me. My experience administering medication I've done my fair share of administering medication to all sorts of animals. I am able to administer oral, injections, topical ointments, as well as suppositories. I currently work a dual remote position at NHPBS and have the flexibility to work from home which allows me ample time to provide the attention and care your pet requires. I’ll be an extension of your home and care. The goal is to provide a safe environment where your pet feels loved and has an enjoyable stay until your return.

About: Hello! I am a proud owner of two husky babies with my boyfriend Alex, who is now joining me on Rover. We both have experience in all types of breeds and training levels. We will take care of your pet like they are our own with love, proper care & responsibility - two sitters for the price of one! We are new to the Sanford area and are looking for extra income to renovate our first home. I am currently studying for my masters degree and WFH Mon-Wed. Outside of that, Alex is home the rest of the week so we will always have someone around - your baby will never be alone. Whether you have a fenced in yard or no yard at all, we will get the exercise in that they need depending on your approval. Walks, runs, dog parks, car rides, trips to the beach, hikes, etc. we will have a blast until you come home! If your pet(s) are staying with us, we live in a very safe area and have a large fenced in yard. Do be aware, our dogs will also be here, but they absolutely adore making new friends and are the definition of friendly.
