About: I’m a proud momma of two Pit Bulls that I rescued, locally. My passion for Bully breeds started 25 years ago when I adopted my first one and discovered the slobbering kisses that made me a forever fan. Over the last decade I fostered many (over 50) pregnant moms and their babies for local Rescues. I’m available anytime of the day and 7 days a week unless booked or unavailable. I also do not mind last minute drop ins. After my own experience trying to find a sitter for my two pit bulls, I realized that most sitters didn’t accept Pit Bulls and that there was a need for Pittie sitters! I love all breeds and have lots of experience.

“Our dog, Cleo, spent 5 days and nights with Ilana and family and seems to have had a great time. She was able to maintain her usual habits (sleeping in bed with humans :-), lounging on furniture as she pleases, and sharing treats and food with anyone nearby) with an added bonus of a walk or two a day plus daily dog park visits! Who could ask for anything more! We received updates several times a day with pics and notes, and Ilana responded immediately any time i contacted her before or during. Ilana, her husband and dog seem to care very much about dogs and making guests' stays as fun and comfortable as possible! Happy to have found Ilana !”

About: Many years of experience pet sitting. Your pup will be part of our family during there stay. Fenced in yard and plenty of place to run and play or just lay around and be loved on. We have two small Yorkie’s and your pup will be the only other dog during their stay. I work from home with tons of flexibility to cuddle, play, walk, and time outside throughout the day and night. Can provide medicine and various feeding schedules. I have a fenced in yard with two small yorkies to keep your dogs company and play and me to cuddle and care for them.

I have a large fenced in yard for playtime and potty breaks. There’s a nature trail nearby for walks and sniffs. I’m new to professional Rover sitting, but have lots of experience with my own pets, Grand dog, family and friends.

However, Luciana and Carlos were wonderful with our girl Mattie. We did a meet and greet a couple days before and Mattie did wonderful with Luciana and Carlos. They have a huge fenced in back yard for Mattie to run and play in. We received daily photos and video of her. Luciana and Carlos treated Mattie as part of their family. About: I board 5 different dogs frequently and each one has returned again and again. I've owned dogs, and all sorts of animals, all of my life, volunteered & was trained at the Arlington Animal Welfare League & enjoy the flexibility & variety of boarding dogs. I have a side yard as well as a court yard with garden areas & closed in paths behind my townhouse for walks. I tend to spoil the dogs with affection, allowing them on the furniture but will always follow whatever rules the owners prefer be minded. Every dog I've boarded comes back with tails wagging, racing for the door and their owners know their dogs are very happy here. I've cared for dogs who return for over 4 years! Pick me! I'm currently working part time from home, so I have plenty of time for your pup! I do not currently have any pets of my own. I have a small fenced in grass area for your pup to play, get sunshine, and potty needs. I treat every pup as if they were one of my own!

I was responsible for daily kennel operations, including cleaning and sanitizing kennels, managing play yards, and maintaining overall structure and safety. I am trained in basic canine first aid, including CPR, wound care, bandaging, and medication administration. I am also experienced in safely breaking up dog altercations and handling high-drive and working breeds with confidence and control. I provide trainer led care, backed by formal education and hands on experience in the canine training field. I completed an intensive six month professional dog trainer program at Highland Canine Training, where I entered the industry through real world, practical application working with a wide variety of dogs. During the program, I trained and handled police K9s in apprehension work, narcotics detection, and search and rescue (SAR) trailing. I also gained experience working with service dogs for autism assistance and assurance. My education included extensive work with dogs experiencing behavioral challenges, along with foundational through advanced obedience training. I have experience managing reactive dogs and confidently advocating for their space and needs. I’m highly proficient in reading canine body language and adjusting my approach to best support each individual dog. Training is my full-time job. I also offer boarding, pet sitting, and walks as part of my services. My schedule is built around my training clients, and I only take on pet care bookings I can fully commit to. Fully fenced yard with two of my own friendly dogs to help provide safe companionship. If your dog is not dog friendly, no worries, my dogs will not interact. A separate kennel area is available for rest breaks and feedings. Daily health checks and thorough daily cleaning practices are implemented to ensure a safe and clean environment.
