About: Hello! I have loved animas all my life. I have owned many and spent years working at a veterinary hospital. I have a sweet little dog of my own and a little boy who helps to love and care for them. We would love to help care for your pets when you need! I work full time (9-5), however I frequently work from home and when I am in the office, I can come home when I need to tend to my own dog or any other pets. I am home weekends and all holidays. I have a very friendly mini Goldendoodle and a sweet little 9 year old boy. My yard is not fenced in, however we take many walks and love to explore the woods and ponds in the back yard!

“Maddie and Granger were awesome! Chessie had such a good time and was exhausted when she got home—a good sign, for her! She even ate for Maddie, which is astonishing—she is sooo finicky! We got pictures and video and could definitely tell she was having fun. When she got home she curled up on the sofa and crashed. We can’t wait for her to go back!”

I fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine by making it part of my regular schedule. I usually feed my pet around the same time I eat, which helps me remember. I set aside a little time each day for walks, play, or training so they get exercise and attention. I also do quick things like brushing or cleaning up after them as part of my everyday chores. Once a week, I do a deeper clean, wash their bedding, and check that they’re healthy and have everything they need. Making these things part of my normal routine keeps it easy and helps me stay consistent. I work part time so I have plenty of time on my hands. When I care for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy while sticking to their familiar routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule with the right portions, always have fresh water, and get plenty of exercise and playtime suited to their energy level. I also handle things like cleaning up after them, brushing or light grooming, and giving medication if needed. In a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely to keep their pet’s routine consistent and the environment stress-free. I spend time giving them attention and affection so they feel secure and cared for while their owner is away. I don’t have a fence around my porch area but i do have an open field i can take them to play in & I also have a leash. Also there’s only one dog that gets walked in my neighborhood and he’s very friendly!

“Sandi and her family were amazing… We came to Myrtle beach with our small dog and unfortunately she was unable to stay in the condo we were staying at so I started looking for someone who could help. Sandi came up on Rover and after speaking with me she decided to take our girl Skye in for the weekend. It was on such short notice but she happily welcomed Skye into her home with open arms. She was amazing during Skye’s stay with her and even gave us her pups food recipe as it’s been hard to find things Skye really enjoys to eat. During her stay we received daily updates on Skye and how she was doing. While we missed Skye being with us we knew and felt she was safe with Sandi and her family!! I highly recommend Sandi for those looking for an amazing sitter who will love your pup like their own.
