About: I have over 30 years experience taking care of dogs and will provide the love and care they need in their new "home away from home". I have a whole house generator so in case of storms, there will be no interruption in service. I am a very active individual and typically walk at least 3-5 miles per day with my little toy fox terrier. I am a nature lover and frequent the area's hiking trails and love to get out on the beach. I prepare my dog's meals using all natural ingredients (whole foods) and make a very healthy bone broth and organic barley. With parental permission I can use this as topper for your dog's kibble. I am a retired school teacher and am available year round. I am basically home all the time when I am not out on the nature trails. I would prefer sitting for dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less. Your fur baby will receive the love and attention it deserves from Caring Karen. I am a retired school teacher and when I am not out on the nature trails walking dogs, I am at home cooking or gardening. Your dog will receive lots of love and attention from Caring Karen. I have a fenced-in side yard and a gated back deck. My house is set back on a wooded lot with lots of shade. I live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood on a private road that is a dead-end. I know most of my neighbors and this is my forever home.

About: I have previous experience working as a dog kennel attendant at Camp Bow Wow, where I was responsible for supervising groups of up to 25 dogs at a time. My responsibilities included cleaning up after the dogs, preventing altercations, playing with and exercising the dogs, and making sure each dog felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I closely monitored their behavior, energy levels, appetite, and overall condition to quickly recognize any signs of stress, illness, injury, or discomfort and communicate concerns when necessary. I also have two cocker spaniels at home that I frequently look after, and I regularly pet sit and dog walk for friends while at college in Columbia. I love working with dogs and would love the opportunity to continue doing so while home for the summer. I’m currently working part time, so I’m home for at least half the day and have plenty of time to give your pup attention, walks, playtime, cuddles, treats, and loving care throughout the day. Your dog will be welcomed into a calm, dog free beach house with just me and my sister, filled with beach walks, porch relaxing, poolside lounging, treats, attention, and lots of love.
