“Lara was great!! Moxie seemed to warm right up to her and her family. She kept me updated with pics and video. I will definitely be contacting her in the future for any doggy sleepover needs!!! Thanks again Lara!!!!”

“I loved the stay with Yueqian. She sent me plenty of cute daily pictures, which helped a lot with my anxiety since this was my first stay for my dog. Kitty was healthy and happy when returned home. I cannot wait to continue booking with Yueqian.”

“Our dogs were well cared for and we felt so safe leaving them on our trip. Aunna was consistently communicating and sending photos of the pups. She is a wonderful sitter and we are grateful we found her.”

“Highly recommend Kyle, he was very communicative and took very good care of our dogs. Our dogs were happy and tired out by pick up time, we will definitely be booking again in the future!”

“As always it was a pleasure leaving my doggies with Danielle. When I dropped them off at her house they just walked right in and didn’t even look back at me. They had so much fun with her and the other doggies she taking care of. Danielle and her husband are great! Looking forward to future stays with her as my family and I have more trips coming up.”

“Since this was the first time Lil Bear needed to spend the night away, I wasn’t sure how he would behave. This was a wonderful experience. Donna is such a sweetie and so caring, when I drove away Saturday morning I felt so confident it would be a good fit. She spoiled him like we do. Thank you again Donna. Genny”

“Meagan and her family were wonderful with my girl, Sookie! Sookie needs to be around confident dogs and Maegan's two were exactly that. From the first moment we met, I knew that "we had a match" for my dog. All the pictures and updates from Maegan were reassuring and it was clear to see that things were going very well. She clearly loves all dogs and is very attentive and in tune with their moods and actions. Her home and fenced yard were secure, safe, comfortable and very welcoming. My one concern going into this was that Maegan has small children and my dog hasn't been around many. But I expressed my unnecessary concern and learned that her kids are as professional, sensitive and loving of dogs as their parents. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!”

“Robert did a fantastic job taking care of our dog frankie! I can highly recommend him for anyone looking for competent and empathetic care for their pet in Wilmington!!”

“Buffy enjoyed her visits at Katelyn's, from her Meet & Greet right through her stay. The entire booking process was easy and flawless. Kately followed all written instructions, provided speedy, thorough communication and photo updates. We look forward to booking a future reservation with Katelyn when needed.”

“Stephanie is an absolute delight, compassionate, and well qualified. Our labradoodle is overly anxious and he was completely comfortable in her home. We often received texts and pictures to assure us that Cooper was content. We will definitely use Stephanie for future boardings.”

“Jerry was amazing and took excellent care of Raya. He even celebrated her first birthday with a pup cup and doggy cookies! I very much appreciated the updates and pictures of how she was doing. Highly recommend Jerry!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
