About: I have grown up with animals, and always loved caring and providing a safe and fun environment for them to be themselves and be safe. Need potty breaks in the day? Need a day out of the house? Have an emergency? I can help out on those long work days, when you have to work late or go in early and need someone to go by for a potty break. I am here to provide the love and attention your pets need, as well as some play time! I believe that ALL breeds of dogs/ cats, deserve to be cared for and loved on. I would love to help give your fur babies that extra bit of attention they need when your not at home. I am a SAHM to two little boys. An almost 4 year old and a two month. We love playing with pups, and kitties. If your pets are kid friendly my oldest will be extra help in providing some playtime and love!! The baby will have to be with me at ALL visits, as he is nursing and does not yet take a bottle. Most visits the oldest will also be with me, unless booking a time he is in preschool or my husband is home. I am comfortable walking dogs on a leash, crating, and picking up after them if needed. If the visit is during a meal time, I would be able feed them as well. During my visit, I can also provide play time.

About: Growing up, we had all the sorts of pets that one can imagine…dogs and cats mostly and the whole family took part in taking wonderful care of them. I personally have had my cat, Clarence, for about 13 years now and he still acts like a kitten! Love that guy with all my heart. I love dogs too, but I’d like to have a fenced in yard before I get another one. I help out with friends and family whenever they need help house/pet sitting and enjoy it very much (that’s how I get my dog time in 😊). I’ve also worked for a company called Fairy Tails in DC. It’s my sister’s company, and I help whenever I visit. All in all I’d treat your pet like it were my own, and I’m also used to different types of personalities in pets and don’t shy away from the shy ones. I do have a regular job that would require me to be away for 8 hours at a time. I work mostly evenings starting at 3:30pm. With enough notice, I can take the time out to stop by or even stay over as long as it’s not too far away. Thanks for your consideration! My cat, Clarence, gets along with other pets. Trust me when I say that he doesn’t lack in the love department. He runs freely inside, but my yard isn’t fenced in, so I don’t let him go out. I would follow pet/house sitting, and dog walking instructions as to whatever the client would request.

About: I have always had dogs through my whole life and find that I naturally bond with them. All of my dogs through my life have been adopted. I have taken care of senior dogs with food allergies (gluten, and grain), hip dysplasia, and blindness. I have trained and have helped trained many puppies. I currently have two dogs as I always do, my youngest is 2 lily my ball of energy adopted at 1 year, and my Enzo he has Addison's and is on a daily medication, and monthly injection to stabilize his Addison's Disease. Enzo is 9 but a puppy at heart, he doesn't let his illness slow him down he was a beach dog I fell in love with while on vacation in the Barbados, he was estimated to be 4 at the time, I had a vet on the island quarantine and vet him (shots/neutering) and one month later I was back to get my love. We have been diagnosed and dealing with the Addison's for two years now and he couldn't be happier or healthier. I have boarded dogs in the past for about 10 years now, I also foster dogs in need of homes on occasion. I have no problem with puppy training, or senior care, I have dealt with food restrictions, medication administration, and physical limitations. No dog is to big, to small, to young, or to old for me. I am a stay at home mom, of one son whose 3 my dogs and I walk the trails behind my home daily, and a few times a week take an evening stroll on the beach. Aside from the grocery store or occasional errand I am home and with them all day. I have a very large back yard with three separate runners put out, for the dogs to hang out together, and go potty. We take daily walks for exercise, and no dog is ever left unattended outside. I have a big comfy sectional for there relaxation. I have no problem with separating to feed if your baby is more comfortable that way, I personally don't crate my dogs but have no problem if your dog is more comfortable crated at night, or while running an errand. I don't mind bathing, brushing or clipping nails at your request.

About: Dogs, cats, turtles, if it needed a home it found a loving life at our house! Over the years that has not changed, a house without sandy paws and a wet noses just would not be complete! I am a director for oncology research and also enjoy working with dogs. I have 2, 7 year old Golden labs. One of which is a certificated Therapy dog who loves her job! The other has been task trained for pain management. Both love to meet new playmates and people! When traveling I am very careful who I leave them with as they need to remain in their routine and I worry for their safety. The peace of mine I have found with my awesome Rover sitter Meghan I would like to offer those in my area. I work from home, am pro raw feeding (if you would like to learn ask 😀), believe animals are part of the family and deserve to be treated with love, respect and provided an environment where they can thrive! When you are away it is confusing enough, you need someone to help keep your furry family members routine and environment as consistent as possible. I work from home making my schedule very flexible. I can accommodate your routine and scheduled walks. One of my pups has low blood sugar and the other requires injections so I understand the importance of keeping a schedule! We are very accessible to walking paths, parks and the beach if allowed. I will not take your dog to a dog park or allow your dog to met other dogs without your permission. I have a strict no meeting other dogs on leash policy.

About: Over the years I've had experience with all stages and ages of pets, especially dogs, but also including horses, chickens, fish, guinea pigs, bunnies, cats etc. I've raised and cared for my own pets from puppies to elder dogs, special needs to the most energetic (or anxious). I've taken in some willful and anxious fur babies that have thrived and became amazing loyal, obedient and loving companions. I have also been blessed with 4 amazing grown kiddos that have pets of their own and I get to care for them often and its the best!! Most of my/my families pets have been rescues but we've also had/have several pure bred Animals (Long-haired German Shepherd, Newfoundland, Maltese, Blue Pittie). I like to make sure the fur babies get lots of love and exercise, but its also okay if your pet is a bit more stand-offish. I truly appreciate when pet parents leave information about routine, pets personality and preferences and will follow instructions meticulously. Special needs, medications, puppy care, etc are also welcome (of course!!). Feel free to ask any questions...look forward to chatting and meeting you/your fur babies. I am an empty-nested Mom and Mimi with my kids' families being spread around CO, NC, TN, GA, STX so I travel to see kids/grandkids/family...a lot...and I love it. This gives me the flexibility to do house sitting/pet care around those visits (in some cases, I've done sits near my kids as well and check both boxes, pet care and visits with the fam). I'm looking to pet/house sit almost full-time around family visits. I'm also VERY open to traveling to pet sits outside my home base area, overseas as well. I lost my little Maltese "Smiles" a few years ago and have poured my snuggles into my kid's 6 dogs. With my travel schedule its hasn't felt like the right time to add a new pet to my personal life so getting to love on my families' pets and those that I sit for really helps fill that void. I only care for pets in your/their home. I am primarily looking for overnight sits, but will also be available for walks and drop-in care.

About: Updated: 09/04/2025 I’ve always owned multiple pets and have taken care of neighbor’s pets since I was 11. I’ve been working on and off through rover for about 8 years now but have much more experience pet sitting aside from rover (if you’re wondering why there are only a few recorded sits on my profile). If your animal needs special care such as medication, diaper/pad changing, extra exercise, etc, it’s no hassle at all on my end and I’m experienced with all of these and more! I’m comfortable sitting any animal and I’m comfortable with pet/house sitting that requires me to stay over at the house or visit the house. I completely understand any requirements that ensure the pet’s comfort or your peace of mind :) Feel free to ask me any questions! I care for pets in my own home which gives me more insight to both caring for the pet and understanding the perspective of an owner. This also unfortunately means I can’t board pets at my own house. I live in a house with a dog and a cat and I prioritize their comfort so I don’t want to board other pets in my home with them.
