“Helena and her husband were wonderful to work with - kind and extremely flexible with drop off and pick up times. They live in a very nice community with lots of places for shady walks. Buddy had his own loveseat by the front door which he could lay on and look outside or at Helena and her husband in the kitchen or sitting room of their open plan home. I received regular updates and photos of Buddy in what really was a home away from home. From the initial meeting when I went to drop Buddy off, I knew he was in great hands. I would definitely have Buddy stay with Helena again and recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive loving couple to take care of you ‘fur baby’!!”

About: I’ve taken care of multiple pets for family and friends! I’ve worked previously in a dog daycare/boarding and have knowledgeable skills in caring for animals! I have experience in caring for pets of all ages and even performing some grooming services, such as baths, and nail trims. I currently work in vet med and have experience noticing any abnormalities in dog behavior or health. I currently work full-time, however I make time to make sure all pets in my care are physically exercised and mentally stimulated. Both of which are very important to me. I try to give the pets in my care a wonderful time with lots of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation! They will also receive a lot of hugs and cuddles while they are here!

About: I have been around animals my entire life and have grown up taking care of them. I can administer medication if needed and love to spend time walking outside and playing! I’m currently in school which allows me a lot of flexibility for pet sitting! I can do mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as long as there is some wiggle room in getting to and from everywhere! I firmly believe that when taking care of an animal, I’m a guest in their home and I am entering into their space. I am intentional about respecting their space and take measures to understand their boundaries. If I don’t have personal experience with a breed, I do my research beforehand to know how to make them feel safe with me. It’s my responsibility to show your pet that I am safe and can be trusted.
