“Meagan and her family were wonderful with my girl, Sookie! Sookie needs to be around confident dogs and Maegan's two were exactly that. From the first moment we met, I knew that "we had a match" for my dog. All the pictures and updates from Maegan were reassuring and it was clear to see that things were going very well. She clearly loves all dogs and is very attentive and in tune with their moods and actions. Her home and fenced yard were secure, safe, comfortable and very welcoming. My one concern going into this was that Maegan has small children and my dog hasn't been around many. But I expressed my unnecessary concern and learned that her kids are as professional, sensitive and loving of dogs as their parents. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!”

I’ve looked after multiple pets for friends, family, and clients; providing walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention and affection. I also have a cat of my own, so I understand the importance of providing patient, attentive care and making pets feel safe and comfortable. In addition, I previously worked at a dog park, where I gained hands-on experience reading canine body language, understanding dog behavior, and safely managing interactions between dogs of different temperaments. This experience has taught me how to recognize stress signals, prevent conflicts, and ensure every pet has a positive, safe experience! Im currently working part-time, so my schedule is flexible enough to accommodate your pet’s needs throughout the week/weekend! I work from 9am to 5pm 3 to 4 times a week, but my schedule can be adjusted depending on you and your pets needs! When caring for pets, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while maintaining their normal routine. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any household rules. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, while also keeping the home clean and secure. When caring for pets in my apartment, I ensure the client knows I have a cat of my own, who loves dogs and enjoys the company of having another furry friend around the house! I also live in a very walkable part of town, so walks will not be an issue, as well as a dog park only a few steps from my apartment!
