About: I have two dogs and a cat of my own. :) I worked two years at Pet Supermarket, first as a cashier, then as a manager. My responsibilities were to help keep everything tidy, ensure the animals were well cared for at the store, and assist customers with their pet needs. I also grew up in a home with reptiles, cats, dogs, birds and small rodents. I'm currently prepared to work part-time with boarding, dog-sitting, and walking dogs after 12:00 on weekdays, and I'm flexible with weekends. I have two dogs and a cat to help keep your fur baby company. I don't have a fenced-in backyard, but there are places around the community where I like to walk my dogs. We also have dog-proof rooms upstairs where we can separate pets as needed.

She followed all of our somewhat odd feeding and medication instructions with no problems. Because we were staying nearby with a large group in a no pets rental, we had asked to take the dogs on outings throughout our stay. Yueqian was very accommodating. About: You can trust me to take excellent care of your pet! As well as owning my own pets most of my life (dogs, cats, ferret, birds, rabbits, etc.), I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-veterinary medicine. I have pet-sat for several friends and clients, volunteered at shelters, worked at veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, and for a professional dog walking company. You can rest easy as your pet will be safe in my care. I follow directions well and get the details right! Why I love dog walking and sitting: I have been a dog lover since the day I was born. My first dog, Chief, helped raise me! Since then, I have owned a dog most of my life. Some have called me the "dog-whisperer". I have a pretty good perception of dogs and connect very easily with most. My last dog, Wendell, was a 150 lb. mastiff whom I adopted when he was 4.5 years old. He had never been socialized and was scared of most people, so in the six years we were together, I gained a lot of first-hand experience working through behavioral issues in a very large and strong breed. Our current dog is Lucy, a happy-go-lucky bull terrier who is deaf. She loves every living being! I’m also comfortable taking care of cats and other pets. My experience administering medication: I've given lots of oral meds and various ointments, eye drops, ear drops, etc. My schedule is pretty flexible. I’m typically available any day of the week and can do early mornings and late evenings if needed. Let me know your needs and I will do my best to accommodate! We have a secure, fenced yard, a doggie door, and a covered back patio with doggie beds perfect for lounging in the sun or shade. We also have a friendly bull terrier who will happily keep your dog company! We can easily keep your dog in a separate room while we are away from the house if you prefer. Lucy’s dad/my significant other, Pedro, also lives here and also loves animals.
