About: I am a previous dog owner of 16 years. I unfortunately lost them both a few years back and looking for a dog to walk or sit with as this would fill my heart! They do truly bring me joy. I am currently a dog walker for one other dog in my neighborhood. I am a current p/t caregiver for my dad with dementia and I am looking for a p/t job as a walker or dog sitter. This is great therapy for me. I love being outside and I love to walk. I am a compassionate and patient person with animals and with people that are looking for help. If I am in another person’s home, I would treat their pet and their home as if it were my own. I am willing to play with your pet, walk and give treats and food as needed.

I'm happy to walk, run, snuggle, and talk with your pet and am an expert at head scratches and belly rubs. I know all too well that one of the biggest challenges to traveling is finding care for your pet that ensures they don’t feel alone or bored while you’re away. I am happy to perform any routines that would make your pet most comfortable (Are they used to having a fetch session after dinner? Does your kitty expect snuggles on a particular chair in the living room?). Whatever level of care you need to know your fur baby is safe while you’re away, I’m here for it. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I work from home on a loose schedule - so care at any hour is no problem! Happy to take my laptop with me to spend more time with your fur baby between virtual calls. However your pet is used to spending their day, I’m happy to oblige. In the past I’ve worked for a few hours from a client’s living room to get more snuggle time in. We were coming down for our wedding from Virginia and brought our 10 month Great Dane/lab mix pup with us. About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals from farm to regular household pets for as long as I can remember! They are one of the best parts of life.
