Maisy and Pepper were well taken care of. For two small dogs they have more than enough space to run around in the backyard and were well exercised. Communication was easy with daily updates. It seemed like they were well loved and they were happy to hang out at Hali's. Will for sure have them hang out at Hali's in the future.

Brittany was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog, Buttons. From the start, it was clear she has a natural warmth and genuine care for the dogs she looks after. She was attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the stay. The daily photos and updates were such a great touch and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Shaina and her mom, Michel showed up and gave both Onyx and I a very warm and loving welcome at the meet & greet. Although Onyx was a bit anxious and nervous, she definitely felt at home. Onyx even picked out her favorite chair to relax in as if she knew she would be back. Michel rest assured me that I could enjoy my trip and that Onyx would be taken great care of. During Onyx's stay with Shaina and Michel, I was provided with great updates and the best action pictures that Onyx would allow...she was always on the move, playing and enjoying herself. Pictures speak a 1,000 words and it showed me that my Diva pup was happy, having a great time. At the end of Onyx's stay, she was happy to see me, but I could bet that she was not happy to leave! She wouldn't allow Shaina to put the leash on, jumped up in Michel's lap and gave me a look as to say, 'I'm happy, you can leave now!' I will definitely request Shaina and Michel again because they were reassuring, caring, took their time getting to know Onyx by asking questions and playing with her, and they were very accommodating! Above all else, they received the official Ony paw of approval. Look forward to seeing you both again! 🐶
Thank you so much, Mandy. She made my weekend trip so stress and worry free! I have never left my cat since I’ve adopted him 2 years ago so the amount of anxiety over leaving him was very high. Mandy made sure Salem was comfortable and well taken care of with plenty of updates. Her home is very neat and clean with ample space for Salem to run around.
