About: I have experience with dogs big and small, cats, and even snakes and lizards! I have done pet sitting and dog walking since highschool, and would love to get to know your pets! On weekdays, I am available for pet care between school drop off and pick up time (9 am to 2:30 pm), and in the evenings (after 6 pm). My weekend availability is flexible, let me know when you need me! My dog loves walks around the neighborhood. We also go to the Cooper River Dog Park for exercise and socializing with other dogs. Your dog can tag along with us, or go on solo walks if they're not used to other dogs.

About: I previously volunteered at the SPCA walking dogs, caring for kitties, and tending to the smaller pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc.) in addition to being a dog walker for Rover clients. Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency.
