Long-time Dog Lover and Owner Here! I’ve had dogs since I was 6 years old, ranging from Beagles to Pits but I love all breeds of dogs. Over the years I’ve done lots of dog sitting for friends and family and am always up for some good play time and cuddle time with doggos. I’m experienced with administering medication to dogs and cats. I’m also a quick learner and will be very mindful about particular requests in caring for your dog. I love to walk all over the city and look forward to taking your fur babies along with me!. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting you and spoiling your pups with lots of love! Note: Unfortunately, I cannot care for or accommodate cats as I am highly allergic :(

Melissa had great communication and Georgie came home happy! We coordinate pickup and drop off times and my mother was doing the pickups and a first time rover-er and everything went great! Already booked with Melissa again!
Melissa is great with dogs. She loves all sizes and all energies. Together we've walked energetic pitties and docile little spaniels. She has experience giving dogs medication too and even has had to use an inhaler before with a pet. She is super responsible, communicates well, shows up on time and generally you should hire her to walk or take care of your dog now!
Melissa has taken care of our pup at least 10 times since we've had her. She is a 50 pound pitbull/cattledog mix named Tinkerbell. In the early days Tink could be a real handful, so it was tough for us to find good care for her. Melissa has a pitbull of her own, so she can handle super energetic (and strong) pups. She's a great dog mom, communicative and an overall dog lover. Hire her!
Melissa is a very reliable dog walker! She has her own dog, and she is great with him. She has also cared for friend’s dogs of all sizes and breeds. She is responsible and trustworthy! She is also very responsive to texts and calls! You won’t regret hiring her!

Schedule
I currently work mornings until 2pm and live close to work so I have full afternoons and evenings available for your fur baby. I’m also off on weekends and have open availability.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard and no pets currently. I do have a 5-year-old child but she has been around dogs and is very kind and gentle with them. However, your dog must be ok with small children. I also live in a neighborhood with wide sidewalks and a nearby playground making it super easy to walk your dog. I also have a car so I can easily drive to places in the area to for drop-in visits and dog sitting.
Pets
A typical day
I love to play fetch and tug with dogs but I’m happy to follow your pup’s lead based on their energy and temperament. I’m happy to play or just cuddle with your dog.
