About: I have always loved all types of animals! I have taken a few classes at UConn for canine and feline behavior and one animal training class. I own a cat currently, and I own and have alot of experience caring for tons of exotic animals from reptiles to amphibians and small mammals. I am very comfortable around all types of animals and I am excited to meet and care for your pets! I have volunteered back at home in NYC for SI Hope to care for kittens and older cats. I have done multiple dog volunteer days at the ACC so I am experienced with handling dogs and puppies alike. I’m also reliable, responsible, and will always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I am a seasonal worker so during the year I am a full time student. I have one to two classes a day as it's my senior year. I will have plenty of time to care for your pet and give them company! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority! When caring for pets in their own home, I will follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I understand that every pet is different, so I’ll take the time to make sure they feel comfortable and safe with me. I’m responsible, attentive, and respectful of both your pet and your home, and I’ll make sure you can feel confident that your pet is in great hands while you’re away!

About: Hi! My name is Mopelola, but I exclusively go by Jade! I have always loved animals and although I no longer have any of my own, I have a lot of experience in keeping them happy and enriched ! I am a student but all my classes are online this semester and so I am more than happy and available to watch pooches and kitties! (: I follow any and all instructions given to me by the owner in regard to dieting and safety restrictions etc. It’s important to keep pets and property safe.

About: I have had pets all my life and have been taking care of my friends family and other people’s pets my entire life. I have lots of experience I am a college student so when I am not in class or working part time I have lots of free time to spend with your animal I ensure that I have no distractions when caring for your pet to ensure the safety of me and your animal. About: Hello! My name is Amanda. I live in Tolland, CT with my husband and son. I have a lifetime of experience with animals of all kinds. Growing up I always had dogs and/or cats, as well as several other types of pets. I worked in a pet grooming salon for 6 1/2 years, and a doggy daycare for 1 year. I have also done pet walking and sitting for family and friends. I have owned and/or taken care of many different types of pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and mice. We currently have a dog, cat, guinea pig, and turtle! I take care of and love each pet as if they are my own. I am a kind, compassionate, patient person who can't wait to meet your pets! Pet care is my full time job. My schedule is flexible, I can usually always find a time to fit in a furry friend! My husband is a stay at home dad, so I don't have to worry about having to find childcare in order to work. I love, care for, and treat all animals as if they are my own. I would always make sure the pet is safe, loved, and well cared for. I live with my husband and son who are both animal lovers as well.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

About: I'm currently the behavior manager for our dog team at Our Companions Animal Rescue. I work at our sanctuary where I manage a team of competent handlers and I work with reactive/aggressive dogs. I'm currently working on getting my CPDT. If you hire me, I promise your canine companion will receive the care, compassion, patience, and attention they deserve. I'm generally always free Sundays and Mondays. I do work full-time Tuesday to Saturday, so my availability is somewhat limited. I can provide my dog walking/activity assistance after 4pm on those work days, except Fridays. Due to my long history and experience working with dogs, I have the ability to read dogs very well to detect if they are anxious, fearful, or uncomfortable. My goal is to make sure your dog gets exactly what they need, whether it's a certain activity they enjoy, training they need, or a certain destination they love for their outdoor time. Positive reinforcement is the name of the game.

About: Ive been watching pet since I was a kid! It was usually friends and family, but now I’m opening up my books. Every pet is loved and cared for like it’s my own, and always treated like family. I work from home on my own photography business, so I have plenty of time to spend with pets. I treat them all like family, even if they’re not my own. I accommodate to the parents request, otherwise are treated with lots of love, and like a best friend. I pay attention to their body language, needs, and listen when they have something to say. Im also pretty great at listening when they tell me they have to go potty

About: I am new to the Rover app but I’ve taken care of animals my entire life and have a wide range of availability! I just want to be able to help those who need their fur babies taken care of without the added stress of boarding them. I have experience with lots of different animals, sizes, diets and medicine administration. I only have one pet in my house and he’s a small 20lb dog named Koda. He LOVES other animals and even has some cat bffs! I am home most week nights and weekends so i have pretty open availability! I take my dog on long walks after work and we are always looking for more company! I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a very yard with a leash that is on a run with plenty of room to get the zoomies out! I have a spacious house and we welcome dogs on all furniture, so if you have a pet who prefers to cuddle up and sleep in bed, i’m your gal!

About: I grew up in a family that bread, Dalmatians. As I head into retirement, I'd be happy to help other families with job service services or boarding services. I have a very laid-back in well-behaved male Dalmatian that enjoys company. I’m currently retired so I have time to help our other families. I’d be happy to do drop-ins or pup-sit. If you want socialization then my pup would be thrilled to attend Whether it’s squirrel chasing or some basic training, it’s important to get energy out during drop-in visits. Balls and treats are a good way to break the ice!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was little. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I have experience with larger breeds like Pit Bulls and Cane Corsos as well as smaller dogs like Yorkies and Mini Poodles, and I’m comfortable adjusting my care style to fit each dog’s personality and needs. As a student working part-time, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care seamlessly into my routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting on weekends and weekdays. About: I’ve volunteered on and off since I was eight working with cats and dogs! I’ve always had a bond with them and I love working with them. Over covid my mom and I decided to start fostering so I was able to really get a first hand experience with having a dog live with us. All of them required different needs and TLC so I feel like I have lots of experience with working with all animals with different backgrounds. I also have a cat and a dog of my own! The last couple of pictures is Marshmallow, my high school science teacher’s pet bird that bonded with me! Now I go in every April and take care of her when he brings her in. I love all animals from walking to flying! I work part-time right now and I have availability any time Saturday and Sunday. During the week I’m available after 5:30! I get my schedule every Sunday so I can be super transparent to you about what my schedule looks like! I walk my dog 2-3 times a day. When I’m not at school I make sure to feed her at her dinner time and take her on her after dinner walks. With my cat, I make sure he’s well fed and happy and clean his litter box at least once a day. I have lots of experience with variations of personalities in cats and dogs and would treat your pet as if it was my own. To make sure your pet receives the ultimate treatment, I would want to make sure I know their needs and may ask for a list of the things he/she needs. I cant wait to look forward to meeting them!

About: I grew up with dogs my entire childhood so I am very good with dogs and knowing how to care for them. I would walk our family dog and take him to the park and I was always very excited to do so. I’m currently attending college and I care for dogs and cats as a fun job when I’m not studying. My weekends are pretty much completely open for dog sitting, walking, feeding and whatever else your dog needs. I will care for your pets with love and affection. I will make sure they are well taken care of when they are with me. Whatever you need me to do for your pet I will make sure to do. I want them to be happy and comfortable in my care. I currently go to CT state college so I am busy 4 mornings out of the week, but it’s not all morning and nights I am almost always free. Also, I am free all day Saturday and Sunday to care for your pets. I live in a house so I have a lot of room for your pets to play. And if I am in your home I am very respectful of your house, animals and belongings and will treat it with the same care as I do for my own.
