About: I have been working part time with Rover for several years. I recently had to put my 13-year-old lab down, so I do not currently have any pets. Animals are the brightest part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with doggies and kitties. I currently volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends. I work weekdays, but am available after 5 pm and will work Saturdays, and Sundays. I cannot wait to get started and meet all the sweet babies! I currently work weekdays, but can devote time after work and weekends. I can utilize lunch breaks to check on pets and nights and weekends for more one on one time. I own a home with a fenced in yard for my dog. I will do anything and everything to ensure your animal’s safety and happiness.

About: Hello! My name is Hannah. I have a 2 year old professionally trained black lab/German shepherd mix named Ziggy that weighs about 50 lbs. He has been raised around children in our neighborhood and is very well socialized. I've had dogs growing up my entire life and prior to my current dog, I rescued a black lab/pit bull mix that lived 15 wonderful years. I feel passionately that my dog is my family and I understand wanting to leave your baby in the care of someone who will take care of them like you do. I'm the go-to person for my friends when they need someone to watch their animals. I've had experience with boxers, rottweilers, yorkies, chihuahuas, (puppy and senior) and everything in between. After many years, I decided to go back to school to get my Master's in Humanitarian Law. I'm currently on a break from studying because I need to make the money I need to finish my degree. My husband has recently retired and we have been enjoying spending our days with Ziggy in the interim. Taking care of animals allows me to work a flexible schedule and enjoy my time with my family before I go back to school. We frequently take Ziggy swimming, for hikes, and to play with his favorite toy (Chuck-It). Looking forward to hearing from you! I'm currently unemployed and have a very flexible schedule. Our days currently revolve around my husband and I's dog Ziggy. We typically work in our garden, are working on decluttering our house, and are enjoying trying new recipes. We take Ziggy to exercise for at least an hour every day (whether that's walking, swimming, or playing fetch). Our dog is part of our family - he is allowed on the furniture and has a large collection of well-loved toys. We typically work on maintenance training during exercise and meal times. Ziggy knows how to place, shake, sit, and lay down on command (most of the time). We use a gentle lead when walking Ziggy to avoid pulling. Ziggy can be a bit spoiled with his food and sometimes needs a treat in the mix to entice him to eat. In our neighborhood, my husband has known all our neighbors for over 20 years. We bought our home in 2019 to be close to those neighbors and to have a community. While we have a fence that closes off our front yard/street, we took down the fence separating us from our neighbors to encourage that sense of community. On a typical day, we will let Ziggy out in the backyard and look up to see him playing with the neighborhood children (around age 5) out in the backyard. My brother and best friend rent rooms in our house and also love Ziggy dearly. There is a 5 year old cat that is an indoor/outdoor cat. He mostly keeps to himself but is very comfortable around dogs. If watching a dog at your house, I'm comfortable with a long list of requests for care. I'm comfortable administering medication, following a special diet, and/or doing anything that's needed to follow your pet's routine and make them most comfortable. I'm happy to meet ahead of any pet sitting requests if you would like to meet me and introduce me to your pet ahead of your departure. I'm happy to send updates/pictures as often as needed. Although I have the list pretty much memorized, I do keep a list of all foods and essential oils that are toxic to dogs. I've been around a variety of dog personalities and don't mind being patient with dogs that may be more anxious or prone to separation anxiety.

About: I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I have great experience in caring for and training dogs. I trained my late dog, Nova, from a puppy to be crate trained, walking on and off leash, and even to do acrobatic frisbee tricks. And as she aged, I was very caring for her elderly needs. I am very flexible with my availability to board. Can be gone some night for gathering with friends and family, but typically don't stray too far from home. I have a fenced-in yard with lots of shade, toys to play with, and a spare room for the dogs' safe and comfortable space. Don't worry I make sure they get all the attention they need.

About: - I love pets and I love photography and I would love to surprise you with some high resolution portrait photography of your pets while helping to take care of them for you! - I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was just a wee lad & I have owned and trained two dogs myself! I once looked after 11 puppies and their mamma for over a week! I have recently moved to Austin, TX and I am working as a freelance photographer! This means my hours are more open than most people with more contemporary jobs, and it means your pets will be able to see me possibly even more often than they would normally see you! I have experience cooking specialized pet cuisine for sensitive stomachs and dietary restrictions (my dog ate home-cooked meals), I love walks and pet play time, and I respect your pet's boundaries.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 18. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to help with pets.I also have a total of 5 rescue dogs myself. I work part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pet! I have a ton of free time. Especially on the weekends. I am able to watch your pet at your home. I can crate them if needed. I can also walk them and exercise them as well!

About: I’ve been walking dogs and Pet Sitting in Austin for the past year and I’ve gained a great amount of experience with a wide range of pets and their care takers. I love making new furry friends! I am a first grade teacher during the school year but I walk and pet sit during my breaks and weekends. I’m on summer break currently and have ample amounts of free time. I care for pets in my home and others home as if they were my own pets. I work from home and have full availability every day. Your pet won’t be left alone for long, as I rarely go out and only for quick errands. My home has a fenced backyard, space for crates if preferred, and there is a dog park in my neighborhood for fun and safe playtime!

About: I have cared for cats, puppies, hyperactive teen dogs and even old grandpa/ma dogs who just want love and affection. I personally have a 100 pound 7 year old German Shepherd who has kept me on my feet with all his crazy stages but I wouldn’t change it or him for the world. I am comfortable with pets of all life stages/sizes/temperaments. I work from home. I am an apartment locator and so I have alot of free time go walk your dog, take them out for potty breaks/feeds, or even able to hang with them for hours and just do some laptop work at your place while I cuddle your furry animal! I don’t accept animals at my home just because I want to respect both my dog and his space and your dogs comfortability. I am however more than glad to hang at your place. I am a respectful, trustworthy person who will do what you ask me to do when it comes to your pets care. I am very transparent and expect a client to have pet cameras in their homes so we can Al feel more comfortable. I know I would do the same.
