About: I have over 20 years of personal, hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I regularly support friends and family with their pet care needs, from daily walks and playtime to feeding, companionship, and keeping routines consistent while they’re away. I’m comfortable caring for both energetic pets who love to play and explore, as well as couch-loving companions who prefer quiet company and naps. I have minor experience administering medications and assisting with basic medical care, and I always follow instructions carefully and ask questions when needed. I’m patient, observant, and genuinely love animals—I’m absolutely the person at every gathering who ends up sitting on the floor bonding with the pets. Outside of caring for my own pets, I’m very open and flexible, which allows me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, extended visits, and overnight care as needed. About: I have been working with Rover for over 5 years. My 13-year-old lab crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago, so I do not have any pets in my home and we do not take more than one family at a time. Animals are the best part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with dogs and cats. I also volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends. I work weekdays, but am available before 8am after 5 pm and can provide services on Saturdays & Sundays. I cannot wait to meet your beloved pet. I currently work weekdays, but can devote time after work and weekends. I can utilize lunch breaks to check on pets and nights and weekends for more one on one time. I own a home with a fenced in yard for my dog. I will do anything and everything to ensure your animal’s safety and happiness.

I’ve had multiple dogs choose to seek out quiet moments of connection with me, including making eye contact, staying close by, or leaning against me for comfort. My sister’s dog, for example, often chooses to sit near me and lean against my leg when I visit, even though she says the dog doesn’t normally do that with people. I love taking the time to earn an animal’s trust and let them show me what they need. I can stay at your house if needed. My day job varies but as long as I have a week's notice I can plan accordingly or work it around when I go to and from work. I understand that daycare or kennel-style boarding isn’t the best fit for every dog—some thrive in a quiet, structured home where they can decompress and feel secure. I’m best suited for low to moderate energy dogs who enjoy calm routines, plenty of affection, and a steady rhythm. While I do work full-time Monday - Thursday. Mornings and evenings are dedicated to pet care, and weekends are fully devoted to your pup’s comfort and well-being. Schedule: I start my day around 6 AM with potty breaks and feeding. I work Monday- Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so I’m best suited for dogs who are comfortable being home during that window or are used to a structured day. I’m not able to accommodate dogs who require potty breaks every 2–4 hours or who have severe separation anxiety. That said, I offer lots of love, structure, and attention before and after work, and I’m available for full care on weekends. Safety, Trust & Environment: Because I focus on house sitting, I provide care for pets in the comfort of their own home, where they feel most secure. I specialize in dogs who are moderate to low energy and thrive with structure and a quiet, consistent routine. I only accept dogs who are fully house trained, crate trained, and well-mannered. I do not accept dogs who are not yet potty trained or who have severe behavioral issues. My goal is to create a peaceful, safe experience for both pets and owners.
