It’s easy to see that Andrew really loves dogs and enjoys looking after them. He has a calm, kind demeanor and was able to constructively handle a few difficult situations caused by my dogs. About: I have been working part time with Rover for several years. I recently had to put my 13-year-old lab down, so I do not currently have any pets. Animals are the brightest part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with doggies and kitties. I currently volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends. I work weekdays, but am available after 5 pm and will work Saturdays, and Sundays. I cannot wait to get started and meet all the sweet babies! I currently work weekdays, but can devote time after work and weekends. About: First thing you need to know before requesting me is I do have a full time job in Austin and work long hours but I do stay in home for overnight care. I love watching and caring for pets but want to make sure they are ok for long periods of time. Now about me, I have had a variety of many pets since I was a child. I was in 4-H for rabbits as a kid. I have been volunteering with dog rescues for over 12 years. I have watched up to 13 dogs in one house at one time. My specialty care is tending to older dogs & dog selective dogs. I have watched several dog rescues home base animals as well. I administrate medications, re-wrap bandaged wounds,change diapers, give eye drops etc. I have watched many dogs with different temperaments and not much will scare me away. I will take your pets to the vet if needed for appointments. I am willing, and love, to watch every kind of animal! I have been petsitting for over 6 years & have a plethora of references. My fiancé & I personally have two dogs, JRT/Beagle mix and a Lab/Pittie mix, retic snake & a ball python snake. I can handle any situation that may arrise while you are away. I water plants, get mail, bring packages in, and most importantly love and care for your pets! I will always send pictures and video updates of your pets aswell! I have also taken a pet cpr/first aid course. I work remotely and can fit drop in visits or of I have access to wifi I can work from your home as well. Weekends are a little more flexible. I always make sure, especially after storms, that the fenced areas are still secure. If using a leash I ensure the collar/harness are secure and wrap the leash around my wrists to prevent the leash falling out of my hands.

I have trained several dogs, including my little mini schnauzer, and my cousin's livestock guardian dogs. About: I have worked as a vet-tech and am fully confident in my pet care skills. I’ve pet sit for many years now and animals have taught me more about life than I could imagine! I absolutely love animals and keeping them happy. I stay healthy and would be able to keep up with any style pet. I love challenges and am up to anything thrown my way! As I have worked as a veterinarian technician, I am certified to administer medications of any kind, give injections, and of course properly groom from nail trimming to medicated baths! If the dog has any kind of special needs or wounds I am properly prepared to take care of the animal. I also have experience raising animals myself and love the process of working with a puppy to become a well-behaved adult dog! I am a stay at home dog mom so my days are fully dedicated to my pets and others, I have a completely open schedule for pet care! I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company! I can easily crate your pet if needed and provide them with plenty potty breaks.
