Although I didn’t grow up with animals, my love for them has grown immensely over the past few years. My journey began when I adopted my Yorkie, Mocha—a energetic, sweet little companion who changed everything. Caring for Mocha over the last year and a half has taught me responsibility, patience, and the daily joy that pets bring.

My love for animals didn’t stop at home. I started volunteering at local animal shelters and fostering dogs and cats of all kinds. Through fostering, I’ve cared for animals ranging from 1-day emergency placements to 2-week stays, providing love, structure, and comfort while they wait for their forever homes. This experience has helped me build confidence with different breeds and personalities—shy pets, energetic ones, and everything in between.

Positives - very responsive with messages , sends pictures , very flexible , separate room for cat Negatives - on profile , it stated she only had 1 dog , when I took my cat in there were at least 4 dogs present ( maybe they weren’t all hers ) and lots of barking which if I can hear loudly , my cat must have been terrified . I had to leave for my trip very soon after my drop off so there was unfortunately no time for me to find a different sitter . My cat didn’t eat much during the 15 days I was gone ( 2 cans of wet food during the entire time ) . if the profile was more honest I would have option to take my cat elsewhere . Or if the sitter would have told me “ hey I own one dog but I am taking care of 3 others … “ it would have allowed me a way out . However , the unintentional or intentional deceptiveness rubbed me off the wrong way

Our dogs love Gracie! She is very quick to respond, and is so chill and patient with our two pups, giving them lots of love. Always sends us pictures of each dog every day, without us having to even ask.
