About: I’ve taken care of many animals over the course of my life. I lived nearly two decades on a farm where animals would often get dropped off and I’d care for them for the remainder of their lives. I worked at a veterinary hospital for 3 years and have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I’ve cared for many friend’s pets while they’re out of town, including both cats and dogs with medical needs. I have a passion for helping others and their furry family members! I believe all animals are deserving of our unconditional love and attention. When life calls you away, I’m happy to step in and ensure they get the utmost care. I’m experienced in giving animals medication, including insulin, and have worked with many different types of collars, leashes, and harnesses. I’ll do my absolute best to care for them in the way you prefer them to be cared for and am happy to take time to make a plan for the care that you expect. I’m also aware of signs and symptoms to look for in an emergency situation and have phone numbers and resources on hand to ensure they get the best care, with your permission. I love sending photos to my clients to show them what a great time we’re having together! Having worked full time at a veterinary hospital, care of animals and their owners was a part of my daily life! I try to accommodate all schedules to the best of my ability and am flexible with my schedule. I treat each pet and home as if it were my own. I spoil my pets and would love to do the same for yours. I work individually with you to come up with a visit plan that is tailored to your pet's needs and prioritize communications with you going forward to ensure your expectations are getting met. I relay any immediate concerns that I have during a visit by calling you or directly messaging you. Otherwise, you can expect a summary of the visit, with images, at the end of my visit with your pet(s).

“My Shinoh was sick and even though her only responsibility was to walk him. Angela went above and beyond for my Puppy. She rushed him to the vet and made sure he was safe before leaving. Angela is amazing. Shinoh and I will always be thankful.”

“Andrea did a wonderful job taking care of our Pickle while we were gone. She even has much experience with his breed which is a bonus! She really went that extra step in caring for him. He will definitely be excited to see her again!”

About: Hi there! I’m Treva—an experienced and compassionate animal caregiver with a lifelong passion for helping pets feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m 19 years old and currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate quality time to your fur baby. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I’m happy to work with your schedule to provide the best possible care. My services include dog walking, feeding, medication administration, enrichment activities, playtime, and one-on-one companionship. I’m comfortable handling pets with special medical or behavioral needs, and I always take the time to understand each animal’s unique personality and routine. I also offer drop-in visits and overnight care for pet parents who need peace of mind while away. With over three years of hands-on experience in professional dog care—and two years spent managing a busy pet facility—I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve bottle-fed newborn puppies, worked with reactive dogs, and supported seniors with mobility issues. I’ve also been active in rescue, fostering, and rehabilitation efforts, which has deepened my understanding of animal behavior and the importance of patience and trust. Currently, I have three smart and kind dogs of my own, and we enjoy daily walks and visits to the dog park to get our energy out and stay social. We may live in an apartment, but we make sure to get outside every day for fresh air and fun! When your pet is with me, they’re treated like family. I bring a calm, reliable presence, strong organizational skills, and most importantly—a whole lot of love. 🐶💖 Let’s make your pet’s day (and yours) a little brighter! 🌟 I’m currently working part time and have plenty of time to care for your fur baby. About: I love to be around dogs. They make me relaxed and happy. I think petting a dog and having them by you, lowers your blood pressure and keeps you active and happy. I have been a pet owner for seventeen years and have experience with big and small dogs. I am available to help you take care of your pets, and will take care of them as if they were my own! I work fulltime and I am looking for some extra funds to help with my kids expenses. I have a son and daughter 19 and 16. So they are very expensive!!! I also would love some extra funds to help with my own travel and fun. I live in the Clive area, so I am close to West Des Moines, Adel, Johnston and Urbandale. But I can get to anywhere else pretty fast as well.

About: With over 20 years of hands-on pet care experience, I bring a calm, confident presence that animals naturally trust. I’ve cared for pets of all ages and temperaments—including senior pets, rescues, and animals with medical or behavioral needs. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely love getting to know each pet's unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, structured walks, or just quiet company, I treat every animal like family. Communication, safety, and comfort are always my priorities—and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way! I offer drop-in visits and dog walking that fit easily into your pet’s routine. I do not offer overnight care, but I’m happy to check in morning, midday, or evening to keep your pet comfortable and happy while you're out. I believe pets are family—and I treat them that way. You’ll always get clear updates, lots of photos, and peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Let me know what they love, what makes them nervous, and how I can help make things easy for both of you! I care for pets exclusively in their own homes, where they feel most safe, secure, and comfortable. I believe that animals thrive in familiar environments, and my goal is to support their routine with as little disruption as possible. Whether I'm stopping by for a walk or a drop-in visit, I always make safety my top priority. I double-check doors, gates, and leashes before and after every visit, and I keep a close eye on your pet’s body language to make sure they’re feeling calm and secure. I’m respectful of your home and space, and I clean up after myself (and your pet!) so you return to a tidy, happy environment. I take time to learn your pet’s preferences and quirks—what comforts them, what makes them nervous, and how to help them feel loved while you're away. Trust and communication matter to me, and I’ll always keep you updated with honest check-ins and sweet snapshots of your pet while you’re gone.

“Very communicative and took care of my dog while I was out of town. Knows how to deal with dogs that give new people a hard time. Great person to have watch over your dog while you are out of town”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities — from playful puppies to gentle seniors, energetic large breeds to cuddly lap dogs. Whether it’s feeding, walking, administering medication, or just providing a safe and loving environment, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I love creating routines that make pets feel comfortable and happy, whether that’s a brisk morning walk, a game of fetch, or just curling up for a snuggle. I also have a 1.5-year-old mini Goldendoodle who I absolutely adore, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family member! I am currently on summer break, so I am pretty flexible! When school starts back up, I will typically only be available in the evenings! Whether your furry friend is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, I strive to create a calm, loving, and secure environment that mirrors their routine and makes them feel right at home. In my home, pets are supervised closely, given plenty of love, and kept in a clean, safe space that’s free of hazards. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure each one gets personalized care and attention. My own pup is friendly, fully vaccinated, and always supervised during any interactions. In your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, from feeding schedules to walk routes and bedtime habits. I provide regular updates with photos and always keep communication open, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, you can count on a trustworthy, responsible sitter who treats your dog like family.
