Belle (2 yo, mixed breed) is a medium-sized rescue dog from the island of St. Croix and Atari (3 yo, Cavachon mixed breed) was born on a farm and has been spoiled since birth! :) I also volunteer with Ruff Start USVI, the rescue service that rescued my dog Belle! I spend time with the rescue puppies, taking care of them, playing with them, etc. My family also often foster dogs from Ruff Start, Belle was a foster dog before we decided to adopt her! I have an uneven/asymmetrical college class schedule so my availability varies day to day! About: Growing up, I’ve cared for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and love their pets. I truly love all animals and enjoy staying active, so whether your dog needs a long walk, run, or extra playtime, I’m happy to help! As a full-time teacher, my availability is limited during the school year. However, I am primarily looking to provide pet care during the summer months when I have a very open and flexible schedule. Throughout the summer, I am available most days and accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and loving environment. About: I have been around animals all throughout my life. I am recently new to the rover community and looking to get a step in the door. I am comfortable around any sort of animal and am willing to adapt and learn as I go. I am currently a student but have a lot of free time on my hands! I love to go on walks and would love to take your fur baby outside! I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly dog that loves to play. I take my dog on daily walks and am qualified to give her oral medication daily. She gets lots of pets and pup cups to know she feels loved.

About: All my life i’ve been caring for family pets but within the last few years I have done walks, drop in’s, overnights, and feedings for friends and family (dogs and cats) I have worked with dogs from puppies to seniors and can give tailored care to your animal’s specific needs. I also have lots of experience with cats, I have four myself and love being around them!! I have had practice giving medication to pups orally so can also help with that if need be!! I’m currently not working another job so my schedule is extremely flexible!! I rarely have other commitments so chances are i’ll be available if you need a sitter for your furry friends!! I am unavailable from 4-5 on weekday evenings. Safety is extremely important to me, i’ve definitely been called an over worrier but in my opinion safe is always better than sorry. Keeping my own animals safe and happy is and always has been one of my number one priorities and I promise to treat your pets with the exact same level of care. Making sure they have all their necessities and that anything dangerous or off limits is out of reach or put away is another things that’s very important to me because I know how much our furry friends love to get into things. Home safety is big as well, things like ensuring doors are locked and setting alarms if they are available so you know your pets and your home are being taken care of.

About: I have three pups of my own and I will treat yours with just as much love and care! I love to go on walks or hikes, so I’m happy to help if you have an active dog who needs more attention or movement. I have a flexible schedule and will only agree to care for your fur baby if I can commit to being present every 2-4 hours. I am available most weekends and evenings (including many holidays!) for in-house sitting! I care for your animals and home as if it were my own- with care and respect. I enjoy a good walk or hike, so am happy to care for your more active dogs! Always happy to adapt my care so your pet can maintain their routine as you have set it.

About: I have personally had a pet or 3 since I was 13 years old. I begged for a cat for years and once I got one, I never have been without at least one pet. I have been volunteering with the ARL since 2005. I have had 30+ foster dogs through them as well. I just love animals. I do have weekends blocked but just ask about availability! I am retired. I enjoy going for walks with dogs and depending on the dog spending time outside in my fenced in backyard. I have a 6 foot fence. Your dog will have the ability to be part of our family and our family pets are on our furniture. We do separate our home animals, fosters and house guests at night. The "regulars" get to sleep in our beds while our guests get other accommodations. It makes for better harmony for us. Because we foster on a regular basis our animals are very used to different dogs coming into our home. Our home is pretty quiet and relaxing.

About: Throughout high school, I was asked to dog sit many times whether it was for coworkers, friends, family, or people who knew me from a friend! I'm used to taking dogs on walks and caring for them in their homes. We have always had a dog in the house as well, so I'm familiar with the needs that have to be fulfilled for dogs! I am a college student and taking classes at DMACC. Since I only attend one in-person class, I figured I'd like to get out of the house some way by dog sitting/walking! I have a job at a restaurant that I work at for 3 days a week, but I wanted to find another way to keep myself busy until I transfer to a university this fall. In the past, I have always gone to a client's house to care for their dog or dog walk. I live in an apartment and wouldn't be allowed to have and care for pets in my home.
