“I was looking for a place to kennel my dog for 4 days. I had never done that before so I was worried. Scott was recommended to me by a trusted friend, who also has Scott watch her pup. First time meeting him and Brinley, things went really well. Lily had her first full day with him, I received updated pictures throughout the day and when I went to pick her up, she passed out in the car on the way home. Fast forward to a week later, Lily had her 2nd full day there. She could hardly keep her excitement in check when I pulled into the driveway. As soon as I opened the door, she charged up to the front to meet Scott. She absolutely LOVES going there. I have full confidence she'll be taken care of the 4 days, 3 nights she'll be there!”

“EXCELLENT!! I have two medium-small dogs that loved being with Amethyst and her dogs. Her backyard is huge, my boys got to run around all day, and her huskies are extremely easy to get along with. My boys were tired out by the end of the day which is not always the case with daycares. Also, I was sent photos, updates, and videos regularly. A pet owners dream to get regular updates. I HIGHLY recommend Amethyst as a dog caretaker!”

“Beth is AWESOME!!!!!!! Beth was so welcoming from the start! I had a very unusual need as I was traveling across the state and needing a dog sitter for just a few hours so I could take my wife on a side trip that didn't accommodate dogs and she not only graciously accommodated my plan but she was willing to switch gears at the drop of a hat to change things from one planned time to a different planned time! This is not to say that she should be able and or expected to do this all the time, just that she is awesome and helped make our perfectly special trip become an awesome trip!! “Leah is a dog lover through and through! When we were kids, she wanted a dog so badly, she spent 4 months caring for a ceramic dog to prove to our parents she was responsible enough to have one. We used to have a dog of our own, he recently went to heaven and Leah wants to share her love with other pets here on earth. She has a special place in her heart for older dogs and loves making them happy. She will treat your dog just like she spoiled our pup for the 15 years we had him!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 16 years old. I have dealt with dogs of all sizes and attitudes, nothing can surprise me anymore! I love to go for walks and play with them, nothing beats hanging out with a dog! I am currently a stay at home mom, with my two oldest children in school and my youngest going to therapy for many hours of the day, I have now found time in my days I didn’t have before! I have a fully fenced yard that dogs love to run back and forth in and very active kids who love to play fetch and go for plenty of walks so burning energy is no issue in this house! We do prefer kennel sleeping at night to keep all the pups and kids safe in the household, so if this might be an issue please feel free to message me about it :)

About: I have always had multiple dogs in my family. I am an animal lover! I now have a dog of my own, an almost 2-year-old Goldendoodle named Waffles. He loves all people and animals! I work on Monday-Thursday, so my Fridays are open as well as most weekends. I am very flexible during the week if needed as well. I work close to home on Monday-Thursday and come home on my lunch break to let my dog out. My apartment has a dog park with an enclosed fence. We take Waffles there daily. It is very safe and there is usually only one animal at a time. We live in a safe, family-friendly area.
