Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! “This was our second time boarding our shy little firecracker with Carson and we couldn't have found a better sitter! Carson sent pictures and videos everyday and is so competent with chihuahuas. She put us at ease from the very start and is flexible. She rolled right with it when we got scatterbrained and gave her 10-minutes notice only to realize the next day we had picked up the dog at the wrong time. She never called us out or made us feel embarrassed. We are so fortunate she is offering so much of her family, time, and compassionate care on Rover. Can't wait to have her take care of Keefer again!”
