“Kimberlee provided an amazing home for my Oakley to stay at! She took such great care of my dog and made the whole experience stress-free. I could tell Oakley was happy, comfortable, and well loved while I was away. Kimberlee kept me updated and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Rover sitter!”

“Milli had a great weekend with Erin & Chris! They spoiled her while she was there! She also was very relaxed even after she returned home! I would definitely recommend them and appreciate that they limit the number of dogs at one time! Thanks Erin & Chris!”

“Super quick to respond, friendly and kind. I was nervous cuz I’d never boarded our dog with a stranger and he doesn’t always like other dogs. But she was patient with him, and he even played with one of her dogs! She was great about sending updates and pictures and letting me know how he was doing.”

“Jessica watched Tripper for us during our most recent trip out of town. It was our first time boarding Tripper anywhere, and he had a blast. He met and played with her dog Rip and cat Ghost as well as the other dogs she watched during his 5-day stay. He came home tired and happy. She communicated and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up, and sent us updates to let us know how Tripper was doing. We would absolutely love to board with her again. We highly recommend her!”

“This is our first Rover booking and we couldn't be happier. Brooke did an excellent job of making sure our "new to us" rescue dog had a good experience. Amee got to read stories at bedtime and take walks with the family. She'll be back for more fun.”

“Kayla was absolutely amazing! Our boy seemed very happy and comfortable with her, which brought us a great amount of ease. She sent daily pictures and updates which was lovely. We will definitely be using her again!!”

“This was our first time leaving our babies with a non family member/friend, and I am so happy it was with Angela and her family. 🤍 from all the pictures we were sent with updates, it was super obvious how much our puppies LOVED being there! Due to a lot of crazy circumstances, we were an extremely last minute booking request and Angela was so kind and understanding. Meeting her and seeing her warm personality made it so much less stressful for us and our puppies! We will happily book here in the future.”

Many sitters in IA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
