Miss Courtney was amazing! She took such good care of my Bisbee and Emmett. Emmett was having some G.I. difficulties. She managed all five medicines that he was on and actually by the time I got home he was well. She’s very responsible even did her towels and sheets before I got home and remade the bed. Ashlyn was an angel who not only did an exceptional job caring for our babies while we were at our son’s wedding, she acted quickly and decisively when our golden retriever had a medical emergency. When you are away from your animals the last thing you would want is an emergency call from your pet sitter. Well, we had an early morning call from Ashlyn who was not only calm, she had already contacted the emergency vet service and explained that our dog had a seizure. From beginning to end, Ashlyn not only communicated everything to us, she also, stayed with our dog until he was ready to come home. I was so blown away by her kindness, concern, and compassion that she had for our poor dog who was having health issues and scared. She treated our dogs as if they were her own, and for that, I am forever grateful. Thank you, Ashlyn. We will never be able to thank you enough for making sure our dog was ok. Martin has been caring for Elliott for a few years now so I knew when I reached out for a last minute booking he would be well taken care of! In the past I would’ve dropped Elliott off but since Martin is no longer taking in those requests I asked for him to care for him at my apartment. It went phenomenally! He arrived to my house early and I was able to give him a rundown of the apartment and all of Elliott’s care instructions. Once I left, Martin was very responsive and would send me pictures as well throughout the day. Upon us returning, Martin was waiting at my apartment and he informed me that he had also already taken him out on his daily walk which was amazing since it’s been raining! As always Martin was amazing and very responsible.
Gwendolyn did an amazing job and took great care of our crew! All of my pups are seniors and on medication and with her vet tech experience, I felt more comfortable with her experience to care for our senior crew! When she came for the meet and greet, all my pups and kitty felt comfortable with her from the start! I was so comforted to know they were all getting loved on every couple of hours while we were gone! She even took great care of our chickens!! I loved getting the pictures and updates every day!
