About: I recently graduated from Tech & I have been pet sitting through Rover for about a year now. I am providing dog walking, drop ins, and overnight stays. I’m currently working full-time at a hospital, but I can work the stay into my flexible schedule. Please feel free to reach out & book! I provide dog walking, drop ins and overnight pet sitting! I am located in Lubbock, Texas. I am not currently providing services in my own home.

About: I’ve pay attention to dogs personalities and enjoy surrounding myself with animals. Nothing more brings me joy than a happy pet! I can teach dogs tricks especially if they’re food motivated it’s fun to see how clever they are. I’m working part-time unfortunately right now I can’t house any dogs unless they are smaller/lapdogs. I am willing to housesit and have a vehicle to provide guaranteed transport. I live next to a park that’s friendly for dogs and I’m available to walk them just about anytime. To care in your home I’m willing to go to dog parks or long walks in the neighbor to reach their needs.

About: I have absolutely adored animals of all kinds since I was young. I strive for pet sitting and care to be more than a passion but a career path. I’m more than willing to dedicate my time into making what can be a stressful time for both owners and pets alike enjoyable and rewarding! I have experience with furry friends who take time with new people, and with our over joyful and excited friends! With minimal adjustments to hours and available days! I have a large fenced in yard for my two dogs, and have spent years learning how to play and interact with them in our space together! Even providing them with a separate space to cool off and relax away from the chaos of children, making sure they’re never to overwhelmed! Having pets has taught me some wonderful games such as tug of war, fetch, and keep away (a house favorite). I’ve learned with time that “animal lead play” is a wonderful way to get any fur baby to interact on a level they’re comfortable with. Offering opportunities for bonds and trust to form between us!

About: I love animals, but dogs just have my heart. I have had many dog pets in my life. One whom was sick since she was born and i had to give medication daily. That was never a problem to me. I currently have two fur babies, one that i found on the street that someone had thrown and one that i adopted. My fur baby that was found on the street has a problem with its hips and I try my best to keep him comfortable. ALL animals are beautiful! Hello Fur Parents! I am currently in the Medical Field as a CNA/Phlebotomist. My work schedule is mornings/almost afternoon. I am available in the morning for those whom can’t be attentive to their fur babies due to being at work. While i’m going in to work my husband is almost out so fur babies will not be alone too long. We are a team!! I have a home that has a backyard that is securely fenced and is pretty specious for your babies to burn all that energy out. I also have two of my own fur babies who are the most loving and playful that have what feels like a million toys who are waiting to be shared with.

About: I grew up training and showing dogs! I've also been a trusted volunteer dog walker/foster parent for local humane societies in the past, taking care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages! My family frequently fostered litters of puppies as young as 6 weeks. I also have plenty of experience with seniors and the specific health problems that come with that, after loving my cocker spaniels right up to the end. Life doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, so I'll jump on any chance for some pupper love! I daylight as a professional wildlife biologist, but I am currently between jobs and so have all the time in the world to give your four-legged companions! My schedule is wide open. Safety is, of course, the highest priority, and reading animal body language is the key to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet and avoiding stressful situations. This is a skill I feel very confident with after so many years of varied pet care. Second to safety is fun! Whether that looks like a brisk walk, a casual stroll, a laser pointer, a game of fetch, or just getting some relaxed quality time in is entirely up to your pet. Regardless, I'm happy to fulfill their needs.

About: I am a college student who has a love for all animals! I have always been the pet care go-to for family and friends, growing up. I figured why not make money, and make new furry friends?! I am a full-time college student who has time around classes for check-ins, and weekends open for animal-sitting! No job at the time so this will be where the money comes from! I am a grad student who is more than happy to hang out and play with your fur babies! Whether they need to play fetch and chase for hours, or just need company, I am the perfect candidate.

About: Hi, I’m Camila! I’m a student at Texas Tech and a huge animal lover who genuinely loves spending time with dogs. I currently have two Bernese Mountain Dogs back home, so I’m very comfortable with big dogs and all their energy and personalities. Since I was a teenager, I’ve helped neighbors by walking and spending time with their dogs just because I enjoy it so much! I truly care about pets and love giving them lots of attention, patience, care, and affection. Being around animals has always made me happy, so this is something I genuinely enjoy doing! I’m in Lubbock for the summer taking classes during the day, but outside of that I’m pretty flexible and happy to work around your schedule. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on the day. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or sitting, I can usually make it work! I live in an apartment near campus, but there are lots of green areas nearby and I’m also close to a dog park and great walking spots! I always make sure pets are safe on walks, stay on leash, and get lots of attention and care. I follow instructions closely and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and happy the whole time!

About: Howdy Pet Owners! I’m Ashley, and I have a B.S. in TAMU Animal Science and I am starting my third year at TTU SVM this fall. My love for animals started when I was little, but over the years I have grown my experience and have centered this passion around my future career in veterinary medicine. I have been pet sitting dogs, cats, horses, goats, and chickens for over 10 years now and I raised market goats, lambs, and pigs for FFA. Throughout college, I participated in multiple equine research projects, worked in vet clinics, studied abroad in South Africa with TAMU Vet School, and love to attend veterinary wet-labs. In veterinary school, I am involved in various clubs and leadership positions that will help me practice mixed-animal medicine in the future. As I wait for my next semester to begin in August, I will be staying in Lubbock full-time this summer, allowing me to take care of your family pets whenever it’s needed! For the last ten years of service, keeping the animal as comfortable and safe as possible as been my number one priority. I am also very diligent in following the rules and I communicate with pet owners following every interaction.

About: I grew up with large dogs -Cane Corsos, Mountain Malamutes, German Shepherds, Great Danes, etc.- all my life. From small dogs full of energy to gentle giants, I take the time to get to know your fur family's needs so their routine is comfortable, consistent, and stress-free while you're away 🐶❤️ I'm a full-time student with Rover as my part-time job year round and during peak holiday periods; I do drop-in visits, house sitting, and walks! My personal schedule fluctuates frequently which provides an incredibly flexible schedule based on your fur children's routines. 🛑 🗓️ I do require at least a weeks notice for bookings and can't guarantee last minute scheduling. 🛑 🏠 I cannot provide boarding in my home. I prefer going to where the pets are the most comfortable for their care, in their own home. 🏠 At your home, I prefer to have every detail possible to make sure your fur family's routine is being upheld from administering medicine, outside time, to minimal home care such as watching over plants. 💊 If your fur children have specific needs (senior, kitten, puppy, surgery recovery, etc.), I'd love to open up a conversation on how I can make them feel the most comfortable while you're away.

About: I have taken care multiple breeds of dogs and cats since a young age. I have 3 dogs which are all potty trained and well taken care of! Also, I have 2 calico cats that get along great with the dogs. Friends, family, and neighbors have all relied on me to love and care for there animals I’ve recently just got done playing basketball here at Texas Tech, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your animals. I have a fenced in yard and two furry friends to keep your dog company if you would like. I can also crate your dog if that’s what you prefer!

About: As a professional dog groomer I have years of experience caring for dogs full time. With my experience I am able to recognize if your dog is feeling unwell, needing to go outside, or just wishing to cuddle. I am able to care for all types of dogs, old, young, hyper, and even aggressive. I have no breed restrictions, I accept all types of dogs or cats, big or small. I was raised around dogs and my heart and life revolves around them. I will ensure your dogs stay happy and healthy when you are unable to be around! I am available any time! I am able to stay the night as well to make sure your baby is tended to when you are busy! I currently have a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care visits, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I know consistency matters, especially for pets who are shy, anxious, senior, or high-energy. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take introductions slowly, supervise pets carefully, follow feeding and medication instructions exactly, and make sure doors, gates, leashes, and crates are used safely. I’m patient with nervous pets and will never force interaction before they feel comfortable. I also provide updates so you know your pet is safe, loved, and cared for.

About: I like going the extra mile to make a relationship with the dogs! I like to give lots of love and attention to the dogs with all the time I can do! I am in school and that is my only obligation! I have all the time in the world to take care of all the cute pups! I care for the pets in the clients home by making sure their water is full and they are fed, toys are within reach, no messes are being made (if so i’ll clean them) and make sure there’s nothing bad for them to get into when no one is there!

While your pet will absolutely enjoy socializing and playing with others, my policy is that I do not capture or distribute multi-dog photos***** For boarding and doggy day care, I give the dog(s) a daily walk along with spending time both indoors and outdoors. I have toys for the dog(s) to play with along with water that is always out if they need water. I can put the water up if there are any dogs that drink too much water. I like to closely follow a routine for each dog to maximize the care and comfort because the dog is in a new environment and it can be stressful for the dog. For drop-in visits, walking, or house-sitting, I like to follow the owner’s care instructions and routine since I will be dropping by their own home environment and want to continue with their own routine to maximize that dog’s security, comfort, and routine. I am very big on communication to ensure both owner and dog(s) is/are comfortable and secure in knowing that I am taking care of and loving on their furry child. Because at the end of the day that is what I am here to do: I am here to take care of and love on your furry child as if the dog is my own for the time being.

About: I earned my certificate as a vet tech assistant in 2013 at Eastern New Mexico University (Roswell). I used to dog sit for a family friend for several years. I worked at Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock for 8 years and Live Oak Animal Hospital for 2 and 1/2 years. I've monitored doggy daycare, trimmed nails, given baths, restrained for vaccines in nail trims, etc. I have a cat of my own. I've worked at vet clinics for over 10 years and went to school for pet care. I used to dog sit and I sometimes walk my neighbor's dog for extra money. I just have one cat currently in my home, but I've had years of experience working with animals. I know how animals how to make animals comfortable with me.
