Dog Walking in Lubbock

About: I grew up with large dogs -Cane Corsos, Mountain Malamutes, German Shepherds, Great Danes, etc.- all my life. I am someone who can handle dogs of that caliber on walks and playtime. At the moment, I work part-time while working on my degree but I'd plan to take dogs on walks in the morning and afternoons. I can also drop by anytime to check in on your dog(s) or cat(s) while you're away. In my home, I have two cats that are very friendly to other animals and a small outdoor area aside from a courtyard in my complex. At your home, I'll follow instructions for pets on furniture (if allowed), crating instructions, administrating medicine, and of course, providing company, for example.

About: I have a pet friendly apartment with 2 roommates who have grown up around dogs and treat animals like family. I will walk your dog every 2 hours, feed them on your preferred schedule, and bathe them. I am a college students with very flexible hours. I go to class for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. I will take your dog on walks every two hours and ensure they feel safe in my apartment. In clients homes, I will treat the house with respect and ensure that the house is cleaned and the dog is well taken care of.

About: I stay on top of my schedule and truly care about animals. By making sure they always feel loved and comfortable while following routines, feeding schedules, and instructions. I am currently a senior at Texas Tech and I only have class on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11-12:30. I have lots of free time on my hands! I have a dog and cat back at home and I take care of them with my parents. I have fostered cats many times and helped trained multiple puppies.

About: I've taken care of alot of different animals as long as i can remember from cats, dogs, reptiles, and birds. I have volunteered at many pet shelters and I have experience working in general practice and emergency medicine as a vet tech. I have alot of experience handling animals and have learned to give vaccines, administer medication, take vitals, and appreciate each animal individually. Your baby will be in good hands ! I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for, exercise, and play with your baby! I am flexible with my availability. I love nature and parks so if that is an option it's a win win for both me and your pup as long as your dog is leash trained.

About: My family and I LOVE dogs, we have had many family dogs and many different experiences with each one of them! It has always been my job to bathe and walk them. I have also been trusted by friends and family to stop by or stay and feed their dogs while they’re out of town! 🐕 🐶 🐩 I am in my second year of college so I do have 2 or 3 every other day and I do have a job but I can be pretty flexible, I just need to know in advance and can work around all of my personal activities. I can’t take your pets in my home due to me living in an apartment . But when I visit your home I will follow any rules that you provide. I will make sure your pets are fed, given water, and have plenty of play time to make sure they are getting the attention they need💕🙌🏻

About: My parents had owned dogs my whole life so I have always grown up with dogs, and love all kinds of dogs. My junior year of undergrad I adopted a dog of my own, Kiah. She crossed the rainbow bridge in December of 2022 at the age of 13. In her old age, she had many very specific accommodations, so I am extremely comfortable in caring for senior dogs. I was always nervous to leave her with a sitter (and rarely did) because of all of her accommodations - I want you to know that I am fully prepared to accommodate seniors, as I know how difficult it can be to find an appropriate sitter for them. I now have a young bull terrier named Coltrane and looking to adopt another pit bull soon. In undergrad I worked at a pet shop for a few years, so I dealt with a lot of types of dogs at work. I also know a lot about dog food from this job, so I can help with questions about dog food! I recently graduated from TTU with my Master's in Saxophone and Jazz. I now make a living from teaching at various local middle school and high schools, gigging as a freelance musician (currently playing for a musical), and Rover. Upon graduating from Tech this past May, my current schedule consists of some teaching, playing in a musical, and Rover. I am often not away from the house for longer than 2 hours at a time. In general, my schedule is very flexible, and I have a lot of time to care for your dog. A daily routine that I implement for my dog is a 30 min walk in the mornings. If I board your dog, they will get a walk in the morning together, but I also have a large backyard to take them out for many potty breaks throughout the day. My house has locking screen doors in addition to a secure fenced backyard. We will spend most of the time in the house, but there will be many potty breaks/play time with my dog in the backyard too.

About: I grew up training and showing dogs! I've also been a trusted volunteer dog walker/foster parent for local humane societies in the past, taking care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages! My family frequently fostered litters of puppies as young as 6 weeks. I also have plenty of experience with seniors and the specific health problems that come with that, after loving my cocker spaniels right up to the end. Life doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, so I'll jump on any chance for some pupper love! I daylight as a professional wildlife biologist, but I am currently between jobs and so have all the time in the world to give your four-legged companions! My schedule is wide open. Safety is, of course, the highest priority, and reading animal body language is the key to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet and avoiding stressful situations. This is a skill I feel very confident with after so many years of varied pet care. Second to safety is fun! Whether that looks like a brisk walk, a casual stroll, a laser pointer, a game of fetch, or just getting some relaxed quality time in is entirely up to your pet. Regardless, I'm happy to fulfill their needs.

About: Ive taken care of all types of animals since high school and have became well known for such great care of my communities pets and homes. Including horses, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, rabbits and plants. Regardless of the animal I always go over any expectations of the owners to take care. Pets truly are family and it is super hard leaving them behind, which is why I always care for any animal just as I would my own. (Aka spoiled to the 9’s) which is why house sitting and pet care has become one of my favorite things to do. I recently graduated college and have some free time while I’m on break. Majority of my days are free of responsibilities. I already love being active and walking my own dog and would love to have an additional pet to tag along! I have a small fenced in yard, in a quiet neighborhood. There are multiple parks in walking distance of my home I frequent daily. I have a miniature daschund who enjoys the company other dogs, but separate spaces can be accommodated easily if they prefer to be alone.

About: I have taken care of many dogs at many homes and have also volunteered at my local animal shelter around 6 years! I am the biggest animal lover, especially dogs! There was never a time in my home where there wasn’t a family pet, i’m very responsible and have lots of experience in dog sitting ! I also showed pigs all throughout high school which taught me responsibility as well as being disciplined on consistency and bonding with the animal! Starting in the fall I will be a tech student and will have lots of free time with mondays and fridays off as well as classes only on the morning/early afternoon. Therefore I will have plenty of time to care for some pets! I have stayed overnight at many houses and I always have created a calm, pet friendly environment, I understand it’s hard when their owner is gone so comfort and reassurance is how I ensure a easy stay! I follow any instructions/routines that are provided, because I understand the importance of a schedule!

About: I have taken care of many animals since I was little! Growing up I fostered and had a cat with diabetes so I am well versed with medicine! I have a dog and 3 cats currently and I love to take care of animals! I am well fit for both high and low energy animals, I love to go on long walks (3-5 miles over about 2 hours) and would love to take your dog out to the park! I am available all week from 6a-830a and I am available between 12p-10p on S/Sun/T/W/F. On M/Th I am available 5p-10p. I am currently a freshman at Texas Tech and I am working pet care into my schedule. Although I do not have pet care at my home, I am very respectful of other property and make sure to leave the space clean and tidy as well as pick up after any messes your animals may have left behind! I can housekeep with any supplies available while out of town and keep things spick and spam!
