About: Hi! My name is Katia, I am new to the rover app:)caring for dogs has been a big part of my life for almost a decade. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 18, and now at 27, I have years of experience understanding the different personalities, routines, and needs that make every dog unique. I’m also a proud dog mom to Apollo, my German Shepherd who has been by my side since high school, and Sierra, my sweet mixed breed rescue. Rescuing Sierra has made me especially passionate about giving dogs a safe, patient, and loving environment where they can feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care currently fits very easily into my daily and weekly routine because I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I’m currently between jobs, so I’m able to dedicate a significant amount of time and attention to caring for my clients’ pets. I’m comfortable feeding, walking, playing with, and keeping an eye on pets while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable looking after your pets, and I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention and are cared for according to your instructions. I’m available for pet care visits frequently throughout the day. I can stay for a while during visits to feed and care for your pets, clean up after them, play with them, or simply spend time keeping them company. I will follow your pet’s normal routine and any specific care instructions you provide. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, keep their space clean, and give them plenty of attention. I’m also careful about doors, gates, leashes, and anything else needed to keep your pet safe and secure.

From small dogs full of energy to gentle giants, I take the time to get to know your fur family's needs so their routine is comfortable, consistent, and stress-free while you're away 🐶❤️ I'm a full-time student with Rover as my part-time job year round and during peak holiday periods; I do drop-in visits, house sitting, and walks! My personal schedule fluctuates frequently which provides an incredibly flexible schedule based on your fur children's routines. 🛑 🗓️ I do require at least a weeks notice for bookings and can't guarantee last minute scheduling. 🛑 🏠 I cannot provide boarding in my home. I prefer going to where the pets are the most comfortable for their care, in their own home. 🏠 At your home, I prefer to have every detail possible to make sure your fur family's routine is being upheld from administering medicine, outside time, to minimal home care such as watching over plants. 💊 If your fur children have specific needs (senior, kitten, puppy, surgery recovery, etc.), I'd love to open up a conversation on how I can make them feel the most comfortable while you're away.

About: Been an animal owner all my life. Love all four legged companions big or small, I love them all! Even exotics! You can trust me to care for your babies with all my love and compassion. I work 10am to 5pm daily. Most evenings im free and my off days are Sundays and Mondays. I’m free for overnights. I can also do check ins on a case by case basis. I’m pretty flexible. I own 1 cat. I have a fenced back yard. I’m older and live alone. I live walking distance to a park in the meadows

About: I’ve taken care of every animal imaginable. I am good with all animals, and am comfortable enough in my skills to ensure I can be your favorite pet-sitter! I am available pretty much all the time. I have school on Tuesdays, but that’s it. I am good for overnight pet sitting, potty breaks during the day, walking, and anything else you can imagine! I will ensure your pets are walked, fed, watered, bathed (if needed)! About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid. They are loyal and can bring so much peace and joy to our lives. I lost my soul dog Bruiser several years ago and miss him dearly every day. He had many serious medical issues in his nearly 11 years, therefore I am very proficient at handling special needs pups and dogs. Medication administration, extra love, being extra diligent when it comes to monitoring for any issues and helping them feel safe while in my care. I am patient when it comes to gaining their trust and will not push them to instantly love me since a lot of dogs are not ready for that right away. But I will be persistent in working toward developing that trust so they can feel confident and loved while you are away. I am currently retired from traditional employment, so my schedule is highly flexible! I am available 7 days a week and can work with most any time of day that you are in need of. I am unable to pet sit in my home as I live in an apartment and have two very territorial cats. But I would be happy to pet sit at your home!

I grew up with Great Pyrenees, so I’m very comfortable around large dogs and understand the care, patience, and attention that comes with bigger breeds. My weekends are typically free, as well, which could allow for an occasional overnight visit. I can drop in to feed your pets, let them out, give them love, and walk them if needed. I've also been a trusted volunteer dog walker/foster parent for local humane societies in the past, taking care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages! My family frequently fostered litters of puppies as young as 6 weeks. I also have plenty of experience with seniors and the specific health problems that come with that, after loving my cocker spaniels right up to the end. Life doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, so I'll jump on any chance for some pupper love! I daylight as a professional wildlife biologist, but I am currently between jobs and so have all the time in the world to give your four-legged companions! My schedule is wide open. Safety is, of course, the highest priority, and reading animal body language is the key to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet and avoiding stressful situations. This is a skill I feel very confident with after so many years of varied pet care. Second to safety is fun! Whether that looks like a brisk walk, a casual stroll, a laser pointer, a game of fetch, or just getting some relaxed quality time in is entirely up to your pet. Regardless, I'm happy to fulfill their needs.
