“Gabriela did a great job taking care of my pup! She kept me well updated with lots of pictures and was very helpful when I was delayed for pickup. Her and her husband were very nice to both me and my dog! I 100% recommend.”

“She was wonderful with my pups! I loved seeing pictures throughout my trip away and getting updates on her activity, diet, and overall energy. I will be booking again in the future”

“Arianna was wonderful. She took great care of our dogs, sent plenty of photos daily and kept us updated on how they were doing. Highly recommend her and will book her again.”

“I was very happy with the great care Amanda provided our dog. It’s apparent she truly loves dogs and was attentive in every way. My dog adjusted readily and enjoyed the week she spent with Amanda. I look forward to booking another stay.”

“Our older dog has always enjoyed spending time with this family:) they take excellent care of her and I’m at ease knowing she’s somewhere that treats her like their own! Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful! We were anxious about leaving our dog with a stranger when we went on vacation. Victoria was so warm and friendly, she immediately abated our hesitancy. Our dog lived her best life with Victoria, and truthfully I think doggo would’ve stayed with her forever if given the option. Victoria is highly recommended!”

“Jennifer was amazing with my dog! As was her whole family! Harley can be very shy and alittle feisty sometimes towards people she doesn’t know but the moment I brought her over she was so comfortable with Jennifer and that’s a huge positive when your dog is automatically comfortable with someone also imo! Jennifer updated us daily with texts or pics and the whole experience was just a pleasure overall!! I would definitely recommend this home for any and all pet sitting needs and if I ever need someone to watch Harley again, Jennifer will be the first person I book with! Thank you guys again!!! I appreciate you so much!”

“This was my second time asking Paul to board Jadie, and my experience was as great as the first time. He shared videos and pictures throughout the day, and Jadie was always having a good time. When I picked her up she was happy and relaxed and I could tell she was well taken care of. I can’t recommend Paul enough !”

“Melissa came to my rescue when my other sitter fell through at the last minute. I appreciated the willingness to meet up before I left town and the communication I received while away. My pups had a great time with her crew and have enjoyed returned visits. Thanks Melissa!”

About: I have a lot more experience doing check-in visits and house sitting. I have been house sitting and doing check-in visits for an elderly dog when needed for two years. I have only boarded once for two weeks and it was a great experience! The dog I took care of became a part of our little family when she was with us! I do not mind picking up messes, giving medication if needed, and paying special attention to animals that may require extra duties. I love animals so much! I promise to love your animals just like I love my own! I hope to be hearing from you soon! I am currently a stay at home mom looking to bring in some additional income. I have plenty of time during my days to pet sit or do drop ins. I have a cat and a 3 year old. My animals are never left unsupervised with each other or my child. I can set them up in our large bathroom if that’s what the family wants. However, I prefer them to have free roam of the house when I am home which is a majority of the time. I would take on daily walks around my apartment complex so you will need to provide collar or harness and a leash. I am available most of the day so potty breaks can occur as frequently as every 2 hours.
“If you're looking for someone who genuinely loves and cares for your dog, Chelsi is the one. She has an incredible way with animals, and it shows in everything she does. Her kindness, patience, and understanding make such a difference, and she always knows how to keep my dog feeling safe, happy, and at ease. What really stands out is how in tune she is with my dog’s needs. She doesn’t just follow a routine, she really pays attention and responds to how he's feeling. Leaving him with Chelsi gave me total peace of mind because I knew he was in great hands. She goes beyond just looking after him, it’s clear she cares for him like he’s her own.”

“Honestly I couldn’t be more pleased. I mean it when I say Jordyn is as good as it gets. My girls are a handful and she took care of them with ease. My girls were so happy when I picked them up and I could tell they were well taken care of and loved on. I will only be using Jordyn from now on because she’s just that good.”

“Loved working with Sysylya! She was very attentive to Ranger and loved that she would send photos and updates! She was able to give us some intel on some thing about our pup to take note of which we greatly appreciated! Will definitely book with her again!”

“I was worried about finding a sitter for my 1 year old French Bulldog. Hyper active topped with some separation anxiety. Wasn’t long after reaching out that those worries were completely lifted. I would absolutely use Shawna again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wolfforth
Sarah was so kind and helpful to us; helping us navigate our first stay for our beloved sheep doodle. She was very responsive to our questions and sent us photos of him at various times. She played with him, walked him and patiently aided him in navigating his strange surroundings. We plan to use her again and recommend that you do too.

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
